Please if someone got employed with his BSc. with the MSc. in view in his file and completed his MSc some months after, is the institution likely to upgrade him immediately? Will the institution upgrade him to level 9 or level 10?
My little knowledge on this is that these things ain’t automatic. And it also depends on the MDA. Imagine coming with a BSc and you’re told the only needed qualification for employment at that point is for SSCE in that agency. Tell me, what option does an MSc holder have when a BSc holder is asked to keep it and only bring out his SSCE certificate? But with GOD nothing shall be impossible.

I use to have hope the moment your institution gets paid. This is because FTI salary usually come a day or two days after. That means we would've seen our salaries Sunday or Monday. Nowadays, we are lucky if we manage to get paid by the end of this week.
Wow! I guess that was before you guys left IPPIS right?

They both have their pros and cons.

Good point! But savings provide stability, especially for emergencies, and are often the first step to building capital for investments. The key is to save to invest. Both are important at different stages of wealth creation.
