The first and foremost thing that we realise as we grow older is that **Nothing stays forever**. Yes, thats the truth, nothing stays, neither promises, nor people. And you should accept that. Don't be surprised if things change, the world is dynamic so as you, remember that!

Secondly, we realise that its never about the big things for which the heart crave, you will find happiness in simple things, yes, you start learning that money or expensive things doesn't matter that much as do someone's care and love. Hence you start giving importance to immaterialistic things, the things that actually matters.

A big NO to Fantasy world! Yes, you realise that there is no world of fantasy, no fairy tale, neither prince nor princess. And this is a harsh reality that you come across. There is a world but not your dream world!

People want to see you successful but not more than them. Yup, that's the another harsh reality, its not that people don't feel happy at your success, its just that they can't see you more successful than they are. That's the human nature, no one can see anyone achieving something that they can't achieve. So next time if anyone gives a fake smile at your success remember that it is an obligation for that person, not their soulful happiness.

Only your parents can truly wish for your happiness. Parents are the another form of God, right? So that's the reason they want you to be happy always, they want your each and every wish to be fulfilled and yes only they can. No one else can be so concerned about your happiness. Because in this cruel world, people can't see other's happiness and that's the reality. Nowadays people are like they can give you blessings at your face and you never know what criticism they are having in their mind. So. Beware!

Only your parents can support you at your worst, so share things with them. As you grow older, more you realise that its not only about friends that you need to share things with, your parents are your friends too, even the bestest friends. Your friends may leave you at your worst but your parents won't, believe that. Try to share each and everything with them so that at your worse they would be fully aware of the situation and can be your strongest support.

Its okay not to get your first love, life doesn't ends. Another important thing which we realise is that its okay if we didn't find or get our first love, there is whole life to look after it, life doesn't ends over here. It happens to everyone and its just the matter of hit and trial at first. The true love awaits.

Ranks, marks, doesn't matter, intelligence, presence of mind do. Yes, we realise that its not always about numbers that we had always crave for, what matters is our intelligence, we get to know that an average student can also create wonders if the one is good at even a single thing.

Only few are the real friends. As we grow older we realise that our friend circle diminishes in number but grows in value. Very few friends are the real ones who stay at each phase, others simply leave as soon as they find a way to.

Not every good thing you see is a real pleasure. As not every yellow thing is a gold, so as not every good thing you see is a real pleasure. There are many things that attract at the first instance but doesn't prove to be the good ones. So as living alone tempt you at first instance but the day you step out your home you realise what actually the HOUSE was and you miss it like hell. So be conscious at selecting things as very few prove to be fruitful.

There are many more that we will realise in upcoming years because learning never ends and each experience brings something new to learn on.
