It’s not unusual.
Make sure your card has been enabled for online transactions. In those days, my IHS payment failed severally. My Access bank card had to be activated for online purchases. I had to activate an i-PIN.

Contact your bank and it will be sorted in minutes

Good evening all, I have been trying to pay my deposit using my GTB naira debit MasterCard but it keeps showing that it's refused. Has someone else here experienced it and how can it be resolved? Thank you in advance

Good day everyone! Congratulations to those that got their visa. I just applied for PhD admission and waiting for the outcome, start month is march next yr.

Can someone please tell me the standard visa fee including health insurance and all. Can't seem to understand the exact fees online. Thanks in advance.
