VISA ALERT✈️✈️✈️
I am here to say thank you to everyone who has shared information on this platform, it's been helpful to my family and I.
All my dependants were granted their visas, to the glory of God. I did the applications myself (4 dependants), even when I applied for mine last year (complicated application) I got clarifications from here.
THANK YOU ALL and GOD BLESS! |

How did you and your spouse get to sign the Consent Letter(for the kids) together during their(dependants) visa applications? Since both signatures are required for the letter of consent. I'm asking cos the main applicant has already traveled to uk while spouse and kids hasn't yet. |

Hello all. Please can dependants do their biometrics at different VAC without it affecting visa approval? My spouse cannot come down to Lagos (work related issues) for biometrics with the kids, it has to be Abuja for him. Please advice |

Thank you so much Owlette: My school rep advised us to apply even though our documents were not ready in order to get a closer date for biometrics BUT DO NOT upload any document! Choose a biometrics date that would be a day after all your documents are ready. When you get all your documents, you can go ahead and upload and then proceed for your biometrics the next day. A lot of us on the group did it and have received visas. I’m still awaiting mine. I hope this helps. |

I already started my course last year but currently in Naija to take my kids and partner. Their POF will be ready by the end of this week but their iom appointment is on the 19th, I plan to submit their applications before the test in order to secure a close date for biometrics. Is their is any rule against this?
Thanks in anticipation of your responses |

Thank you, do you have an idea about that of UBA? Babababy: That's for GTB, Stanbic doesn't work that way. The Stanbic Dom is directly tied to the card .I have utilised both |

Please does this apply to all banks or just GTB? Babababy: Yes, you will have to move the money from Dom to the card before any transaction. Its free |

Thanks for your response, I will pass it on to her. claremont: This is the last thing any UK university will ever do and I cannot see it happening. If it ever happens, it can be viewed as discriminatory and the university in question can be sued to court with thousands of pounds of compensation at stake. I think most universities have support systems in place to give special priviledges to pregnant students.
However, undergoing a Masters degree and raising a child will be very difficult, but not impossible. The rigour involved in raising a baby alone is more than a masters degree project on its own. Good luck to her. |

Lol ok Aphrodite007: Hahahahaha she still has the naija university mentality. Please tell her to unlearn everything she learned concerning tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
Here, if her lecturers find out she’s pregnant, they will even be petting her. |

Thanks I will let her know omopapa: She shouldn’t declare the pregnancy to uni just yet, she shld carry on with her studies. When she’s heavy or nee delivery she can then apply for leave of absence or extenuating circumstance |
