I don't think you've visited the north before, any and everything you can find anywhere in Nigeria can also be found there its no big deal.

Cold blooded: Hmm! And what are the Northerners doing with hard drugs undecided?
I thought alcohol is not even allowed in these areas let alone cannabis.

No offense, but what is wrong in stating ones age publicly? Please enlighten me.

This is better than stating one's age publicly.

Bobby said nothing to all this, all he wanted to do was quell the hunger pangs raging in his tummy.

Looking at Chris he barely touched his food, Bobby wondered why he was getting himself worked up over this issue, when all he needed too news spend some more time with Linda.

While waiting for the waiter to bring their lunch, Chris launched into a monologue on the latest spat he had with his girlfriend.

"Bobby, I'm telling you men, She is beginning to make going to her place a chore, an exasperated Chris said.
What happened this time Bobby asked coolly, hearing Chris complain about his girlfriend now, one was bound to think his love for her has suffered a setback. That was actually not true, knowing Chris and Linda; they fought like cats and dogs; but their love for each other was as fierce.

Lately, Chris continued she has been confronting me on matters I consider trivial at best. She accused me I no longer make out time for her.
Oh really? Bob interjected.
The waiter brought in Bobby's plan-B plate of semovita and vegetable soup, prepared with goat meat. He had to settle for that, since the eba and bush meat he had in mind were not readily available, and he wasn't feeling patient at the moment. Chris had "jollof rice" and chicken.

Imagine she has been confronting me on trivial matters lately. The latest was on the number of times I visit her per week.
Did you change the time-table? Bobby asked in good natured camaraderie.
No man, Chris replied. We still see each other more than three times per week. Is that not enough?

She keeps complaining that I don't love her like I used to.
Bobby said nothing to all this, all he wanted to do was quell the hunger pangs in his stomach.

If you only had one day to live, would you still stop yourself from expressing your feelings to her?

Hey guys, there was this e-book on my sisters laptop. I can only remember the title, but try as I might the I just can't remember precisely the authors name.

The book is a trilogy, and the titles are RED, WHITE and BLACK. Three different books, intertwined.

Has anyone come across these books before, and does anyone remember the authors name. If yes to 1 & 2 above, will you be so kind as to help a brother out with the authors name?

Thank you.

Eh Nwannem woko!

Rolax: Political contractor! Political boot-licker! How much did Orji pay u to campaign for him on Nairaland? For 365days times 6years,all u can show is Copy & paste pictures.Pictures one wealthy individual can bring to reality within a period of 1 year. Good summary of his 'productive' 6 years in office indeed! I am Abian; but go to Imo state and see what is achievable in just 2 years.visit Calabar, Uyo, Lagos etc you will truly testify that it is better to use funds to develop the state than to use it to hire cheap political parrots to obtain favour from the masses. Go back and tell him that we don't need words, 3d copy & paste pictures or political businessmen anymore. Tell him the masses are no longer fools that he is used to calling them. Also remember to tell him he will always be remembered for his so called "goooood works". Tell him that Abians are happy for the scholarship and tuition-free for all education policy he is adopting. Extend our heartfelt gratitude for reconstructing all the State and federal roads in Abia; Thank him for making Aba the cleanest city in Nigeria. Thank him for judiciously exhausting his first tenure in office and asking for more. Thank him for buying-off radio and TV stations to advertise his 6 year old Dubai-tower model multi-trillion dollar State secretariat. Kudos for renovating the Federal secretariat since all the state projects have been completed. Tell him it is time to lend money to World Bank rather than dumping it since all Abians are billionaires. Tell him we'd miss him after his 8 years dividend-packed leadership. We pray to God to reward him accordingly! Iseeeee! Cha cha cha Ala-Ngwa Mmammanu! Ala- Abia kwezuonuooooo! Ndeke anyi aaaahhh....

1. As long as possible, but most ladies always end up doing the rebound. Stay away till you are ready, so as not to carry any emotional baggage from your previous relationship into the new one.

2. When they are ready, but most start thinking about it when their peers start toeing the marriage lane.

3. What's wrong in that?

4. Self-confidence, her general positive demeanor and the way she handles minor disturbances

*Slothfulness both mental and physical (God, this one drives me bonkers)

*Pride (Varies though, an individual is allowed to take pride in their work life et al but it shouldn't get to their head)

*Lack of initiatve

I laugh at the gullibility of Naira-landers, to everyone singing the praises of T.A. Orji to high heavens you are a sick, imbecilic and blind lot I leave your sychophancy at the table of the gods.

T.A. Orji (Ochendo) is a sham, a marauding clown who knows nothing about good governance.

Infrastructural development in Abia state is virtually none existent, the roads are a nightmare for travelers.

While I was leaving Lafia, through Makurdi - Enugu en route Aba, the roads there were well paved and pot holes were virtually none existent, but on getting to Okigwe (Welcome to Abia state) my God! The difference was quite clear, there are no motor able roads in Abia. With the exception of the governors town and umuahia there is virtually nothing good to write about his administration.

Photos coming in shortly!

I wonder why people keep taking things literally.

Small minds always dwelling on the mundane.

FYI ... Heaven can and will be experienced on earth.

Salmoneus: The name gate to heaven should not be taken literally, that's how you sell to tourists, pity Nigerians know nothing about tourism...
