Good evening Nlanders..i joined my organization in 2011 a federal government establishment and I have a particular colleague who was converted to a senior staff in 2013 and was brought to my dept.she has been in the organisation for over 20 years now..and she obviously hates me for reasons I cant fathom..she so tarnished my image before the former head of Department that one never saw anything good in me but God through the management favoured me by a job I did and I was publicly honored and given a cash gift last year d Dec she even went behind to protest that the management staff who recommended me is related to me..to mention but a few..now she has recruited 2 more persons to herself with the mission of tarnishing my image before people including the management staff don't know how to handle this situation and I hear of how people can go the extra mile of using charms in civil service?has anyone ever been in a situation like this? If yes how did you handle it?

Good move by FG. If they don't resume, sack them all and request that they bring back all the hospital keys they took. Put up vacancy adverts and they'll be replaced in no time.

Or better still, share johesu salary amongst doctors and see the wonders they can do. It will even be a cheaper option, even if it's 70% of johesu salary. For example, if johesu salary is supposed to be N10m, tell the doctors to do their work and this N10M will be shared amongst them. The hospital will run at 150%.
Pathologists will takeover the lab.
200/300l medical students will takeover nurses.
100l medical students will takeover the pharmacists. (even wassce holder can takeover).
If traditional practitioners are doing physiotherapist work, then doctors can do it as well.
Aboki is already doing optometrist work.
Cleaners and gatemen can be employed on contract. Even patient relatives will be glad to volunteer

What have they been doing with all the money JOHESU members are d ones building houses with their meagre salaries while doctors are their tenants!

I am a social worker in a federal tertiary institution and i must say that the OP is soo unfair in his post?no other health practitioner is equating with a medical doctor we are not asking to receive as much as they do we re only asking for a levelled playing ground..as i social worker with a B.SW i m started on CONHESS 7 with a salary of 81k while a house officer that has not gone for NYSC earns over 180k is this fair?my boss just retired as a Director of Social Services she started her career wit a B.Sc Sociology and with over 34 years of active service and her salary until retirement was 300k thats not up to what a resident undergoing training earns..is this also fair?the desire to study ur discipline is your choice..i shouldnt b made to suffer for my decision to b a social worker i am not asking for the 500k salary used to start a consultant or the 300k paid to a Resident Doctor undergoing a 5 year residency programme(schooling) i am asking to at least start me on d 150 or #180k u start a House officer who havent served his father land while i go ve graduated and served my fathers' land honourably
