AntiWailer:Ok boss! Thanks for your time but I think I might eventually settle for a Benz due to the positive reviews 'Ve gotten so far. |
AntiWailer:Above 1m? |
Sowl:I will prefer a v4 engine ..but thanks though for your effort.my mind is tilting towards Mercedes Benz honestly |
AntiWailer:May I know your reason sir? |
Good day experts in the house, please I need your candid opinion on this. I presently use a 2006 Toyota corolla and I am now so bored having driven it for over 3 years.i honestly don't intend disposing it because it's a very lovely utility car so I have decided to get another ride just to get rid of the boredom. my worry is now on which car to go for considering my given financial constraint. My budget is #2m (max) and I am considering a neat Nigerian used 2008/2009 Camry aka Spider or any classy Mercedes Benz. Note: the purpose is just for weekend grooves and social things however, cost of maintenance is also of high concern to me because I am a hustling young guy that's just coming up just that I love living good. And please if your opinion is Mercedes Benz I would also want to have your opinion on what options are available for me given my financial constraint. Thanks |
I headed back home earlier today after my fasting and prayer session with my pastor, a bit tired so i decided to take a little nap after my meal. Behold, I heard a very clear voice that said " TELL THE PEOPLE THAT THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NEAR, EVERYTHING IS READY AND THE TRUMPHET WILL SOON SOUND" My brothers and sisters, I am not a pastor neither am i worthy to be close to one. I am only privileged to be one of the instruments that God has decided to use to pass this very message across today. This is a wake up call for everyone including myself that we need to re-examine ourselves and amend our ways before it is too late. Please let us all repent of our evil deeds and turn to God our maker because the kingdom of God is truly near. Good night. |

Hello investment experts in the house! Please I really need your inputs on this. I was with few of my friends yesterday and we got talking about investments and putting idle funds into proper use. in the course of our discussion, treasury bills investment came up and I gladly shared my recent experience about how I invested #1.5million in treasury bill through GTBank about two months ago (late June to be precise) for a period of 182 days (I.e 6months) and got about #126,000 as interest . I have always put my idle funds in fixed deposit with Ecobank despite their low interest rate until a friend of mine talked me into giving treasury bill a shot so that was actually my first time of investing in treasury bill. My main worry now is that, the interest ( Return on Investment ) I got wasn't commensurate with the stated percentage interest rate by the CBN as at the time I invested as depicted in the attached picture. Or is there a special way of calculating it ? Please I need the experts in the house to help me throw more light on this. Thanks

Just now*** Listening to dolly parton's Coats of Many Colours that has been my ring tone for over 3 years now despite having changed couple of phones, I got touched by few of her lines like never before. In her words***** **but they didn't understand it and I try to make them see, ONE IS ONLY POOR ONLY IF CHOOSES TO BE..... Dolly is so right! Many of us really need to change in the way we think. We need to understand that we are the architect of our future. Your future lies in your own hands hence, it's up to you what you make of it. Self determination and strong will to succeed no matter what life throws at us should be our watchword because as humans, we attract what we desire. *Put in* your best so as to *bring out* the very best in whatsoever you find doing.Despise not days of little beginnings. seek knowledge and crave for greatness as if your life depends on it because truly it does. Be fervent and steadfast with your dreams and in your pursuit for greatness. Ofcourse they will talk and gossip just to distract and bring you down but PLEASE give no ear to them simply because IF YOU STOP TO THROW STONE AT EVERY DOG THAT BARKS, YOU WILL NEVER GET TO YOUR DESTINATION. And even if you do, you will get there late. You have no reason to be poor.things might look a bit funny at the moment but with perseverance, diligence, steadfastness and ofcourse PRAYER, the sun of success is gonna shine on you at the appointed time. OUR beliefs have ways of affecting our lives.we overcome great challenges based on beliefs (B.O.B). You can achieve it if you believe it. Your beliefs serve as a propeller towards your targeted goals. I beseech you today my friends, my brothers and sisters, dont be discouraged, choose not to give up, choose to be great, choose to make impact, choose to be different from the bandwagon, choose to be successful, and above all, Choose God because HE HAS THE MASTER KEY TO THE WORLD AND EVERYTHING THEREIN... For the bible says SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND ITS RIGHTEOUSNESS AND EVERY OTHER THINGS SHALL BE ADDED UNTO YOU ..Mathew 6:33 I wish you Good luck in your "choices" this week. Good morning. |

95% completed four(4) bedroom semi-detached duplex with two(2) numbers of semi-detached three(3) bedroom flats on almost two plots of land. -Fully inter-locked -plastered in and out - fully fenced round with gate -functional borehole and water tanks -fully wired with complete plumbing works done -all rooms ensuit -roofed -P.O.P etc Document Title: C of O Price: 48million Golden valley is the 2nd most expensive estate in Woji with very high security and steady power supply. Fully tarred road with good road network. A plot of land in Golden valley estate costs nothing less than 20 to 25 million naira i.e if one would get any at all. The three bedroom apartment on the ground floor has been completed because the owner used to live there beforw relocating. Reason for sale being that the owner sowed this property as seed to church with all the document and the church has put it up for sale to raise cash to sort out some of their pressing financial obligations. Another interesting thing about the property is the fact that one can wall off/demarcate the duplex from the flats and decide to let out the flats while he/she lives alone in the duplex. And it will interest you to know that the letting value for a 3 bedroom flat in that estate(this very apartment standard) won't be less than 800k per annum

Ishilove:This is his face. I just heard from someone close to him that he was dismissed from his Job and almost jailed last year at Oduduwa investment Limited in Ibadan as a result of theft and duping some of the company's customers of huge sum of money..And he has since then relocated to his hometown in Osun state... I honestly didn't know he had degenerated like this.. |
icedfire:Yea he has deleted it and also blocked me on facebook..what an unrepentant thief he is..i have gotten over it like I said...thanks for your concern. |
fuckerstard:No matter how unfortunate their present situation can be,taking what doesn't belong to you especially in this given situation can not be justified. Mind you, he didn't even ask me for money to start with, but I did what i did out of benevolence but it's unfortunate it turned this way...i have moved on and I have learnt my lesson. Thanks for your concern |
MAXIMAL123:I have never and I will never do a thing like that or anything evil to any man..this same guy did something similar to my immediate elder brother and I was even the one that bailed him out by refunding part of the money to my elder brother and not talk if how good I have been to this dude.. I have gotten over the money but I have also posted this on his facebook wall just so people can see how wicked he can be....his name o facebook is Amusan 'lambo' taiwo |
fuckerstard:One other thing that baffles me is the fact that, could it be that his wife is also part of this criminal act? I asked because he claimed to have called me with his wife's number and I could recall I sent couple of message to him via that line just to tell him that I am yet to see any refund from him which I believe his wife would see since it's her line. |
He called me on phone last week thursday with a different number while I was in a very terrible hold up and we got talking. I asked if that was his new line and he said no that it's his wife's and then he went on lamenting that he had to sell his phone to buy food for his family when things became rough bla bla bla...i felt very touched, gave him few words of encouragement and asked him to send his account details to me so I can help him with the little I can afford at that moment and then he went on praying for me and hailing me as usual. At that moment I felt happy and fulfilled to have helped and put smile on a friend's face. Immediately I got a message containing his account details and I transferred the sum of twenty thousand naira (#20,000) to him while I was still in the terrible hold up. Unfortunately, In the process of doing the mobile GTB to GTB transfer, I got an error message on the first transfer and I decided to quickly try it again and the later now went through, not knowing that the first transfer actually went through also thereby crediting him twice(#40,000). I instantly got two debit alert to the tune of (#40,000) and just as I tried calling him to inform him about the mistake, his call came in acknowledging double credit and he told me to send my account details to him so he can return the #20,000 to me.He went ahead thanking me and praying for me again for the kind gesture and I can recall telling him to try and get a small phone no matter what that it's not good for him to be without a phone. To my greatest surprise, my so called friend started acting funny.i was expecting to get the refund just as he promised but to no avail after over 6 hours so I decided to call the number but it was switched off.i dropped an offline message informing him that 'm yet to get the refund which he replied after an hour later when he trurned on the phone.he said he couldn't do mobile transfer that day and promised to go to the bank the next morning to send the money back to me. To cut the story short,my so called friend became unreachable from that Friday to Monday afternoon, and now both his line and that of his wife are now on but to my surprise, none of them would pick my calls.i called both lines severally but they didn't pick and that was when I realize that my so called friend was up to something shady.i called him severally on tuesday but wouldn't pick so after few hours I decided to try with a different line and when he heard my voice he quickly cut the call.i called him several with my number yesterday but he wouldn't pick. I feel betrayed.how can someone be this heartless and mean? God knows i helped him with clean and good heart without expecting anything from him in return and not even because I had excess. He lives in Osogbo while I live in port Harcourt so I guess he thinks I will never see him again... Should we also blame the government for this kind of criminal act or has this got anything to do with the economy? I intend posting this on his facebook wall so that the world can see how terrible he is and so that he can also feel how terrible I felt with his criminal act. That is his face |
