Exactly. It's never to late to withdraw cos whether apc or its supporters like it or not, Buhari will be disgraced. I feel very sorry for their errand boy, Amaechi cos Rivers state would be too hot for him when Buhari eventually loses. Apc cannot and shouldn't be talking about change when they have the likes of Amaechi, tinubu and buhari. Gej might not be the best but he has the future of this country at heart. Buhari on the other hand, is not the change we need in Nigeria. Apc supporters should know that elections are not won on nairaland. Gej is working. Operatives of the DSS in Calabar minutes ago rounded up executives of ‘Forward Nigeria’, a political support group campaigning for the reelection of President Jonathan over what CrossRiverWatchgathered is the alleged sale of PVCs to prospective voters who are willing to thumb print for President Jonathan in the March 28 election.
The suspects who were arrested at the Fish and Chicken Affairs fast food along Marian Road in Calabar, were said to be meeting there and collecting a register of those who were willing to vote for President Jonathan on March 28, preparatory to offering them PVCs that will be used for the exercise.
A visibly shaken member of the group who spoke to our reporter after emerging from hiding immediately the DSS operatives had gone, but pleaded not to be named said: “We were just having our meeting and collecting details like telephone numbers, emails and addresses of members of the public who are willing to vote for President Jonathan come March 28. In the midst of the meeting, SSS men just came in and rounded up our executives who were coordinating the registration. From where I was hiding, I saw five of our executives been taken away.”
When CrossRiverWatchcontacted the spokesman of the DSS in the State, Mr. Dickson on the phone, he said he cannot talk to the press over the matter and quickly dropped the call after hearing it was from a journalist. But before he dropped the call, Mr. Dickson who was obviously returning from the scene of arrest was overhead asking another operative “Why are you allowing that man make phone call in our premises.
