This happened in SS2 or so, Biology lab served as the classroom for science students. On this very day a lass I will call T came late to school, biology was our first subject on the said day and the biology teacher happens to be a no nonsense woman.

After the whole query on why T came late to school, she decided her punishment will be sweeping of the lab for that day with strict warning of consequences if she failed to do so. Now T happens to be one of these girls who feel because they have grown big boobs and the likes, we the 'smallies' are not in their category.
After the close of school; T swept the whole lab as instructed, to be sincere she really did a good job.

Introducing my humble troublesome self & my pal I will call P, after we watched T clean the lab and head for home, we went round the school to pick up trash and poured back inside the lab T had swept and we also left for home

I can only leave you guys to imagine the punishment meted on T after the teacher got to school to see a lab looking like a makeshift refuse dumping ground.

An affidavit that says both names belong to the same person right?!? Is there a column for that on kofa? If there is then go ahead. But your clearance officer has the final say.

Affidavit of LGA? Dunno what that can do... I used the LGA certificate during my clearance, same with some other folks I know.
Get someone from ur side to process the Certificate for you.
