The condition of prisons in Nigeria maybe terrible but there's some good side to this.

Prisons are meant to rehabilitate inmates, but because most countries does not have the necessary personnel and equipment for this, it is not possible. Moreover, there is little proof that even well-equipped prisons can rehabilitate an inmate.

So this harsh treatment serves as a form of rehabilitation. At least when u remember how difficult it was in prison, you should be discouraged from doing the things that put you in there in the first place.



In places like US, some people will rather live in prison than as a free man because they are treated well. Imagine that.

just got an invite for d training school at owerri
please how can i get an accomodation around there.

Hostels abound every where around d training centre,also,dier is a hotel(Royal Nordic) dat gives accommodation to TS peeps for about 70gees amonth,altho 2 persons can stay sha and d hotel is about 3minutes walk to d TS centre but its beta if u can get a self contain hostel around d skool for sumwat around 50gees for 3 months(altho d prices vary depending on d hostel).

Go to DB office @waast avenue,d same place dat doubles as d training skool,ask afta Uche(he is HCM staff),he is d training skool coo dinator,he wud accept ur cv if cvs r stil vin accepted.
PS: HCM means human capital management.Hhope dis piece of info is useful but u cud also scan thru d oda diamond thread on nairaland for list of email addresses u cud forward ur cv to. Wish u luck and Godspeed.

One more tin,d selection for TS is done randomly but one tin is certain,everybody dat has done medicals wud be cald(cept u v medical issues),d date u quoted boss for ur tests,interviews and medicals were d same dates sum of ma TS mates did dier recruitment exercises too.So guys kip encouraging eachoda and above all always kip d hope alive cos trust me,Diamond bank is a beautiful place to be...see u guys @d top,whr we wud all shine like diamonds.

I jus finished training skool in Owerri.Officially finished on saturday but unofficially finished on Monday cos we had to write 2 exams on monday and did finger printing yesterday.Am sup to resume branch attachment 2moro.
I doubt any stream wud resume TS in Owerri dis year cos minor renovations and repairs wud commence soonest @d training skool but d coordinator sed a new stream wud commence sumtym in January....so Owerri TS hopefuls,kip d hope alive and expect to start d new year on a gud note.

Judging by how our's was conducted,u guys sud expect ur medical sms by monday or tuesday max cos twas barely 2 to 3days afta our own 1st and 2nd interview(both interviews in our case was conducted same day jus like urs 2day) dat we got text msgs to report for medicals @ICH very close to d branch @ ikenegbu which happens to be d venue for TS;congrats to guys dat scaled thru 2day and success to dos yet to have dier interviews.
