Godvilla: [b]INSTALL ANDROID 4.2.2 CAMERA/GALLERY APP

[color=olive]You’ll need a clockworkmod (cwm) recovery to flash the zip file.
1. Download the Camera/ Gallery package, Copy the 4.2Camera_t04_2.zip file to your device. Remember the folder where you copy it to.

2. Turn off the phone and boot into CWM recovery.

3. Before u flash/install the new Android 4.2 camera app with gallery app, it’s wise to back up the current rom first. So, once you boot into recovery mode, use the backup option and complete a full backup first.

4. Now, to install the Android 4.2 camera app, select Install, then browse and select the 4.2Camera_t04_2.zip file you downloaded. Confirm installation to flash it.

5. After installation is complete, select the Reboot system button to reboot the phone.

Omo na long story with plenty wuru wuru. I dont advice that you copy me oh! But just in case youve tried everything else and youre stuck like me.
I flashed my phone phone with a mix of my custom rom back up files(data and cache), the chinese firmware (system file), and the other files given earlier in the thread on how to port back to custom ROM. *like i said na concoction ROM *. After that i just started up the phone in recovery mode (dont try to switch it on normally, it would actually boot, then show you one kain chinco error message). In recovery mode you follow all the normal steps to flash the canvas ROM. Once i installed and restarted, i got the boot loop problem, so i entered recovery mode again and installed the boot image from my back up and Voila!!! grin. Like i said b4 im a developing developer. No be small experiments oh! But if you have faith, juat dey try anything wey come your mind, with the additional info from this thread. Cause that really helped me. Had to read from page 1 to like 90something then on my lappy. Wasnt easy at all

Call me stale, but it took three days for me to do it. Even the way I take do am sef, I dey fear say make the thing no go undo. I flashed my phone with a mixture of the Indian and Chinese firmware. I didn't have a back up for my custom Rom, so I mixed the system file from the Chinese firmware inside. When I finished flashing, I just went into recovery mode and installed the Xperia ROM. No cwm, no rooting, no clearing of cache and deleting of menene. Just straight to install. Talk about beta concoction ROM. I don turn developer grin

LiteratureRe: TOP 20 Useful Resources For Writers by Rockcalvary(m): 12:38am On Jul 19, 2013
Well... I'll add that a nice mobile device with qwerty keypad and a notepad app could also come in handy. I for one, use my phone to jot down some emergency ideas, especially at times when a notebook and biro isn't readily available. You could also use the text message interface of your phone to save till when you can move to permanent storage. I've found out that most times my writing comes to me in bits and pieces, so its always easier to save one idea at a time, and then compile when I'm free.
