Energy vampires – the people that only take from you.

These people  are called Energy vampires and they can be your Spouse, friends, family, teachers, clients, neighbors, boyfriend, girlfriend or even Soulmate. They come in many types.

Soulmate relationships are so intense that it can drain energy, that they can't stay together (usually in the beginning). But most Soulmate connections are so deep that they can stand against anything, If there is anything from the past, it will need healing.

If the soulmate or Twinflame that doesn't have the faith and strengths to help them work through the chaos and negativity. It will only cause more pain in one another and would make it feel like it's almost impossible.

Here are some ways to deal with the energy vampires:

First take a deep breath and just let it go. There is no need to allow anyone's actions or words to take up energy and space in your mind and heart.

Recognizing their words or actions are just unacceptable. Do not give them any permission to take your energy.

Keeping everything light, by changing the focus. Try not to react impulsively, instead try going with the flow, and bring the situation on to neutral area.

Reminding yourself the purpose of what is your connection? (e.g., who is this person in my life?), and understand you have choices and allowed to walk away at anytime.

Taking a step back. This behavior of theirs is only a reflection to them, nothing to do with you.

Visualizing a white like protective energy around you, like an armor  shield. This will help you stay energetically embraced with light without allowing any of their actions or words affect you.

Affirm self worth. You need to surround yourself with positive, love that is genuine, and caring positive people who give you inspiration will help you be your best. (TM) ROCKHARDDK
