The post clearly spelt it out, the person of Jonathan is endearing but beyond that performance is key.

The writer of this post became bias by seeing a fault and not pointing it out but assuming the minister of power knew the road map was faulty. Who knows if he had pointed out that fault there wouldn't be need for this post and he could have contributed to the development of this nation.
