The ND militias will align with Russia and China and the new state of Biafra.

From the story, guess you saw where it was stated that some of the military boys are sympathetic to the insurgent? There have been moles in the armed forces which the current COAS Is trying to purge. You can't just blame the President for all the atrocities been perpetuated by those who try to coerce every to become muslim.
