I guess you didn't understand as this matter started, it's never about PayPal or payoneer But about Bitcoin. He is only using PayPal as an example where a local exchanger made an advert of buying for $320. I saw the advert myself, someone even accused him then. The real point is, if you have a better, more reliable, and economical option won't you go for it? As pointed out no local exchanger will ever give an equivalent rate of institutional exchanger while you're also in control of the whole situation. A situation where you don't have such an option is understandable. Just like with Sh, and afternic that doesn't support btc. The day those plartform start to support btc, am sure that more than 60% people using them will go for it with joy.

I was on Fiverr before but I left. It's good to earn some money on Fiverr but it is bad to depend on Fiverr. Get a Stripe account and accept payments from any client anywhere.

I used the services of https://incorpuk.com/ and my UK LTD company was set up, Business bank accounts opened and I was able to open Stripe. Now I work with clients from anywhere. I can send clients invoice from my stripe, do cold emailing and also do Dropshipping. Good to break away from Fiverr.

This is not correct, you need to make transactions more three times to your Payoneer account, it could be in $50, $70, $100.
Just make sure the three transactions all together is more than $200.
