For the Paypal, what can be done is to add your fiverr email to my PayPal email and you will be able to send out to PayPal and cash out through me. But please ensure you haven't given that your fiverr email to another person using PayPal because if PayPal detects multiple accounts using the same email, they can ban those accounts.

For your Payoneer, create a payoneer account and link it up to fiverr

To everyone who have been scammed on here. I hope you find a place to heal. Don't brood over it too much. Use escrow for your transactions if you don't trust seller.

Most of you on here jump on sellers because there rates are sweet and friendly and run away from legit traders because rates are low or high or doesn't suit your purse.

Be cautious with your dealings on here. Like most people, I suppose just mind my business but things needs to change on here. The mods should have a list of escrows on the front-page of this thread and legit traders.

Scamming isn't hard to prevent on here. It really isn't. Stay woke my legit folks.

Good point though. While escrow sounds good it won't stop a fraudster for clicking on Charge back on PayPal after some days you both alrrady had successful transactions (this was my own scam experience).

And it's hard to win such case on PayPal especially for those who uses Nigeria address + international country (which I bliv that's what most people do).

I dropped some recommendations here last week and one of which is for buyers to only transact with

1) with seller with Nigeria + international country address, and transact only a minimum of $200. It will be hard for someone using this address to fraudulently chargeback on Paypal because they know profile setup is against PayPal rules.

2) Ensure the account number you are paying to has the same detials with the PayPal name (exception is if it's from business account). If I had acted on this rule, I won't have been scammed. The seller Paypal name was Dhali Dhali and address was UAE address + UAE as a country; his name on Wema bank was Bulus Chongdah. I was suspicious of these names not matching and address being a pure UAE, honestly, but I felt $37 is small for someone to do this kind of scam deals. The guy was even the one threatening me that what I did is MIT scam (i don't know what this means.. Lolz) and PayPal will ban me based on my profile and that I don't have any evidence of conversation that I delivered the software he order from me (Me? Software? I was shocked... I dragged the issues but I gave up and withdrew from my Upwork to pay this scammer.

3) Don't do rush transactions

If a buyer has a good intention, none of these will be difficult for the person to do.

But since most of them are crooks and dubious, they hide under the pretense of middle man and use your PayPal to get fund from their client which is amount to scam most times.

One of my friend's PayPal got block 2 weeks ago for receiving 3800 dol. Meanwhile it's a fraud money and we were not aware. PayPal refunded the money and block the acct.

I don't know the admin here and I will like to work with them to help each other with tips here that will protect everyone of us.

Also, admin should have a fixed rate for escrow service, we should know that majority of people who buy funds do so for business purpose of buying and reselling.

If we care to protect them, then let's have a fixed convenient fee that will inspire them to use escrow services.

To me, the maximum should be #500 per each party transacting and minimum should be #200 depending on the amount.

Mine was only $37..... I started using Nairaland for exchange deals last month to see if I can have many customers (sellers) to sell their fund to me because I always Withdraw my fund in bulk and sell locally.

Only for me to be tricked and scammed... The transaction was successful and the guy chargeback after 24 hours on PayPal... Lolz

I helped my friend with his Payoneer acct last week too.

His first withdraw from Upwork was $90, Payoneer didn't grant him eligibility to send

Then we withdraw $300 the second time, and Payoneer granted him...

I think Payoneer only want to see your consistency in withdrawing from reputable platforms..


It took me $5000 for them to grant me eligibility in March but I think things have changed with them now.

Exchange will give you at least #25 profit per dollar than withdrawing to your savings acct from payoneer directly.

Withdrawal to bank takes maximum of 24 hrs.

Note that you won't get dollar in your naira savings acct as your bank would have converted it.
