You can go to Anchor Hospital at Tanke on Wednesday which is their immunization day. It's 10k per dose. The vaccine is not compulsory and quite expensive so not everyone can afford it. It's not part of the subsidized vaccines

I need help!!!!! My 11weeks old baby has been having cattarh for 4days now. I started steam inhalation immediately it started morning and evening, rub mentholatum on his chest, back and feet morning and evening, give otrivin and vitamin c morning and night in addition to long sleeve wears and cardigan, yet no visible improvement. I don't know what else to do though considering starting antibiotics. No fever or irritability. He feeds and sleeps well just that the grunting sounds starts when he is about to wake up and thick light brown mucus comes out when he sneezes hard. What else can I do?

BS (part 2)
At 36weeks 6days, I noticed blood on wiping after urinating and I told my doctor who said I should come and see her. I started having mild contraction. When my doctor examined me, she noticed my private part was wet and immediately she inserted her hand, liquor broke and gushed out though not much. I was already 2cm dilated then so she said I should go and get my things and come back to the hospital for admission. Contractions then started in full force though no progression in size of cervix after about 10hours since onset of labor. I was to be induced when this coldness started with shivering, my temperature increased and my baby's heart rate also increased which are signs of infection pointing that my so called uncontrollable urine drainage was liquor drainage bit by bit. I was still contracting when the decision was made to go ahead with CS because of fetal distress as na precious baby so no risk must be taken. I was taken to the theater and my baby came out screaming his lungs out exactly 2days before my 4th wedding anniversary to the glory of God weighing 3.2kg at 36weeks 6days.
We (both mother and baby) were started on antibiotics, baby placed on drip. About 3days post CS, baby was noticed to have jaundice and placed under phototherapy for 3days. To the glory of God, we were both discharged on day 6 and baby and mother are doing very great. That was how July mum ported to June.

I want to start by thanking God for the conception and delivery of my baby. His conception was a testimony as I was a waiting mom(TTC) for over 3years battling with pcos. I had an uneventful pregnancy except time of threatened miscarriage at 12weeks and preterm contraction at 18weeks. Thereafter, everything continued with no issue until I was 35weeks when I started frequent urination. I assumed it was normal urination associated with pregnancy. It started with me waking up in the middle of the night with soaked bed. I noticed I couldn't hold my "urine" as it was coming uninhibited. It became so bad dt I had to start wearing pad even with that, my clothes still get stained with urine. I will feel the urge to urinate and immediately after urinating, I will start leaking. I complained at antenatal and I was directed to do scan querying PROM(premature rupture of membrane - draining liquor). Scan showed normal fluid level but my doctor said I should start antibiotics just for prophylaxis. The all issue got me confused and I continued with the assumption that it was urine.

Edd: 10/07/18. I'm already battling with swollen feet thankfully with normal BP. Due for 2nd dose of TT next week. I also have coccydynia which causes pain on sitting and standing from prolonged sitting. No other symptom to the glory of God. From which GA can we know baby's sex?

What the doctor said is true as midline incision is still been done in cases of dire emergency cs if the life of the baby is in a very critical condition. In cases of the baby having just few minutes to live if not delivered. It is a faster means of reaching the uterus.

Let me say I have been extremely lucky with this pregnancy. No symptoms at all. No nausea or vomiting. Just tiredness and breastpain(which is mild and only when I lie flat or press my boobs). I catch any odor around but don't feel nauseated by it. Though my food intake has Increased and I'm seriously adding some kgs but apart from this, I don't feel pregnant at all. This is actually to my advantage as we (my hubby and I) don't intend telling anyone (not even family members) till when my baby bump comes out. #10weeks+5

Woah I really appreciate this. Just saw this message this afternoon and surely U were in the spirit on the 4th. I did a repeat scan on Monday evening and to the glory of God, I saw my baby and her flickering heartbeat. Thank you very much for the support and encouragement. #teamjuly

Thanks. Checked my progesterone level and it's OK (upper limit of normal) so not on any hormonal support. Yet to tell my doc I'm pregnant sef!!!

lm a silent follower who need some help please.
I had my first scan yesterday and only gestational sac was seen with no yolk sac or fetal pole. The measurement of the sac corresponded to my gestational age of 7weeks but I feel at least yolk sac should be seen. This is a rainbow baby after CP (chemical pregnancy) in 2015 and TTC (trying to conceive) for 3 and half years battling with PCOS. I'm not having any symptom apart from occasional breast pain when pressed and this disappears at times. I'm really scared. Is there any one that has been in this position before?
NB: I was told to come back for a repeat scan after 2weeks. No bleeding but occasional cramps. Not frequent which I think it's normal. I'm really worried.

I will suggest you wait till you're able to do PT. I know its not easy but try and drink lots if water, rest well and worry less, the headache will subside. Sticky baby dust to you.

just bear the head ache , if you were following the PMCH programme, just drink the water and speak to the headache to calm down in your favour in Jesus name ... try and sleep and drink loads of water ... a big congrats to you in advance ...

I need help please. Today is day 21 of my cycle. I woke up this morning with severe headache and body pain. Temp was 37.7. Had the intention of buying antimalaria on my way out today but decided to do malaria test first. Lo and behold, malaria test was negative. I don't know what to do again. Vomited once sefsef. Paracetamol just gives me few minutes relief before the headache starts again and I feel it's too early to do pt. What should I do?

Good afternoon house. Pls Is there any multivitamin I can be using apart from fertilaid? I have Pcos currently on 150IU hmg injection. I was using fertilaid before but this period no gree make I dey spend 11k on multivitamins now and my gynae said I should continue my multivitamins . I Need suggestions on other types(not expensive and available ones) I can buy which will also work well for me. Thanks

I tot same too, I was given menotropins brand, don't know of its cos of the brand and this is my first time on hmg and i am buying from the hospital. What brand are you using and where did you buy from? I hear most pharmacies don't stock or sell them cos of the high risk associated with hmgs; my dr made me sign a consent form before he gave me the prescription to take to the pharmacy.

The brand I'm using is menopur. Actually I don't stay in lag and I just walked into a pharmacy to buy it without a prescription. No question was asked about prescription /consent.
