Unless you can seep-dive on "sit still"....because you don't sit still and watch outcomes in nigeria..that will be thermometric rather than thermostatic...I'd rather there's an intellectual approach like you earlier suggested and acpush towards a sophisticated and modern day sessession which is a REFERENDUM supervised by the UN and if that work is properly done with international lobbyists leading the external engagements while the leaders of thoughts and strategists engage internally creating awareness and clearly reviewing and reflecting on the pros and cons of leaving the federation in a very detailed and transparent manner that can be easily articulated by the average Easterner on the street, the market man/woman, farmers etc...
All these will then set the scene for getting them to come out to vote and how they vote...in a referendum...my 50cents

It is up to supporters of "one Nigeria" to seriously campaign for Igbo presidency. Believe me, that's the only way to take the sail out of the secessionist momentum. So, the only viable way to stem it, is by stopping Igbo marginalization and the first step is by allowing an Igbo man to rule in 2023. By 2023, if Igbos are denied again, believe me, there won't be any excuse again and that will be playing into their hands full time because they would achieve a critical mass needed to achieve Biafra.
