Now Elyptical to b very honest with u, I shld b d one complaining because evry tribe that i belong to has (still is) been suppressed 1 way or d other!. I am like Desmond Elliott who is tech from d 4 parts of Nigeria!. So when i say things, most of d times (when i'm nt trying to because controversy) I am very Objective.

Now I wont mention d places i'm from in Nigeria but i'll use Des to explain. Desmond Elliott d Actor is a Yoruba tro his dad, an Ibo tro his mom, he grew up in d North so he identifies with them more, n even knows d lang better than any other; he's married to an Akwa Ibomite, so he's also exposed to d plights of those guys. So when I like Des tell u that u r wrong, its not because i'm being tribalistic. I'm more related 2 Ibos than u know!
shocked.

D Hausas have their own trouble, d south south, same; d Yorubas, even Warri, PH, Bayelsa n others r going tro a lot cry. N they deserve to be helped more than u!. Have u ever been to d North n seen d despair there, or is it d South South! sad. don't even let me go ahead!. Just read LUCA'S comment n educate yourself! angry.

My point is when i say again that d last comment of Lucabrasi is on board, i'm not saying u guys (ibos)  hv not being wronged, bt d point is its not only u. U r accusing Luca of being tribalistic etc, but ur comment is obviously guilty of that lipsrsealed!.
Just shut up when you do not know what to write angry angry. You are related to the igbos my ass!

The Manager of MTV Africa is Nigerian, an Igbo man (Okosi)for that matter, so with him anything can surely happen.

Naeto C and Ikechukwu are both Undeserved winners in the talked about MTV Award, they are both Igbo boys; both are under Storm Records, a label co-owned by Obi Asika and Olisa Adibua, both Igbo Men too. I leave you to work out the remaining arithmetic. lipsrsealed
You are so dumb and daft and at the same time suffering from inferiority complex!!

Your D'banj, Asa, Timaya etc etc can not command the kind of crowd P square (Igbo boys) control in the whole of Africa and they only got a single award out of 5 nominations. Are they not Igbo Boys? Why didn't Obi Asika and Olisa help them to win all? Faze is an Igbo boy and was not nominated, Illbliss another Igbo boy without nomination.

Naeto C's "You know my P" is international standard and Timaya might be big in Nigeria but not big even in West Africa
Votes they get from other countries counts as well and not only NAIJA votes. lol

I hate it when dumbs bring ethnicity into the only thing making Nigerians proud all over the world. I recently saw P square's concert in Nairobi Kenya and i felt proud of our musicians. Enjoy and comment here and tell me who is bigger than them in Naija, Tribalistic bad belles!!

Why do KORA give out awards based on Geographical locations instead of Music Genre?

Why a "Best West African Male Artiste" instead of Best HighLife Artiste?
Is Nigeria and Ghana the only states in West Africa? angry, and when did highlife become the only genre in W. Africa?
PoliticsRe: Jos Killings How Do We Stop This Madness? by romeo(m): 3:41pm On Nov 30, 2008
Jakumo:
It is interesting to note that while several-fold more blacks are dead in Jos as there were Indian and Western casualties in the recent Mumbai 3-day long terror attacks, the worlds media has shown scant interest in reporting the 3-week old Rwanda/ Burundi-style bloodbath STILL raging in Jos, Nigeria, one of the country's prime destinations for western tourists, choosing instead to report ad-nauseoum on the crushed Indian siege, tragic though that may be.

Africa. You on yo' own man. Phuck y'self up good, and see if we care.

romeo, honestly you lack every thing about respect, socialization, civilization, knowledge and even sense. how can u insult a woman that humbly asked you to be nice for the betterment of all. honestly i wonder if u really travelled out of Nigeria before or u learnt Italian language from some deported Italian prostitutes in bar or bush, because i live in Italy currently, and Nigerians in Italy respect people.
Just when you thought we are finished with the dumb Nairalanders another one will just come out from nowhere!

romeo:
I don't need to market myself nor do i need anybody to accept my person, you are really a nossy human being and a biased one at that. wink
Just how a human being can describe the above as an insult beats my imagination, but coming from an ass licker like you is no surprise to me. I know what your likes do in Italy to live. ( I lived in Rovigo from 1999 to 2000.)

Don't just jump into conclusions on issues you do no not know, I never wrote any where here that i speak Italian and i did not speak Italian language either, rather i spoke Spanish.

Did you read the thread from start? Go and do it before coming to preach to me your sermon of respect, civilization and knowledge. I hate dumbs Goshhhhhhhhhh!!

Why does Fashola have to start his idiotic tax policies with computer village? simple answer weakest in the political chain and most likely to cave in on any shake down. As for folks saying pay up your taxes and hold the government accountable to every dime - it sounds like an American rhetoric- How could this work in Lagos? If you cannot hold the govt account on about $500 million it generates monthly from FG and local revenues how can you hold the govt accountable on 10k it collects from these traders?

Are the problems we have Nigeria as result of citizens not paying their taxes or the govt mismanaging the wealth? In Nigeria, we have folks who paid for elections and got selected asking people to pay taxes without giving an accurate account how they have spent all the money they have got in the last oil boom.

Taxation offers you a chance to sit at the table, this leads to a political representation in democratic countries. Taxation by political representation is what we should striving for not taxation by a political hegemony that has no regard for welfare of the people because in the first place masses did not have a say in the way they emerged as selected political jobbers. There can never be taxation without equal political representation.

A big question for all these pay all taxes advocates, why don't you ask the government to put basic amenities and ask for Lagosians to pay for taxes later. Its like your Landlord asking you to pay rent on a house that is not yet built or your mechanic charging for a repair that is not yet done. Its like buying a huge stake in a company where you don’t have any voting or controlling right.

Taxation does not come in anticipation of delivery of services, but rather comes as a price for providing good services.

Spot on!!

But i fear many here will not understand you smiley
