It would help professors and students advance in their academic pursuits and learn the importance of being original to reduce plagiarized work in Nigerian Universities. It is only Nigeria that you would see people thinking free internet is unnecessary and capital intensive. There are a number of benefits, and you guys come around saying to people who want to effect changes to the system- "you're obsolete". Who could be more obsolete than those you hinder positive development?

Just think about making the State- Enugu and all others one of the 21st century. If I say we need to channel the nation's wealth into manufacturing and development, another will say it is too late.

Weather they're  Ibo's/Igbo's is neither here nor there, fact is they should have their Anioma state and if they can't, they should join Onitsha. Asaba is closer to Onitsha than to other parts of Delta state.
