Pls help, my Itel it1502 hangs whenever there's an incoming call. Even after the call drops, it won't return to nomalcy, not even switching off unless I remove the battery. Same thing happened to my Itel IT1500 sometime ago; which I dropped before using this one. PLEASE HELP

If you have to keep restarting to get the sound to work...then it may sound like you may have a corrupt user profile. Have you tried creating a new user profile and logging into it and see if the same issue occurs. Please let us know.
