Same thing here. I fixed the one without fingerprint for the customer, but he's requesting for the other, Cus most of his apps are locked and requests fingerprint biometric to unlock..

I don't know but something tells me you're still using the factory rom. Can you screenshot the About tab in Settings? Lemme confirm what rom you using.
