Please my dad went to the bank and they said they can't send to the embassy and they sent it to his email instead. Now I don't know what else or how else to explain it to him again. He uses zenith bank. Please y'all should help me on this.

This NSE request is a new method newly introduced by the embassy for easy access to bank statement submitting it doesn't really guarantee the approval cuz they will still do their eligibility reviews normally irrespective of whether you submitted it or not so it depends on you passing the eligibility and not the NSE some people that submitted still got refused while some approved and even some who didn't respond to it still got approved
Rootiab I can notice you can getting too agitated and anxious over this process you need to calm down you have done your own due process why not hand it over to God and remove your mind while you pray for the success being anxious won't change anything!!! So keep calm and pray!!!

Once the MBS is sent from your internet banking or the bank to the Canadian embassy, you will be given a print out which contains the ticket ID and password, this can also be sent as an email attachment. This printout or attachment is what you upload in the space provided for that on your profile. Another alternative is sending it via webform. All the best!

when I sent mine, I sent plus the password

I saw there is a place to upload the mbs on my dashboard. Should I just get the pdf format or they should just send it to ircc. Secondly for mine, do I need to send my mbs. My balance is 400k

I sent mine before. Mbs, but I'm not a mature applicant tho. Or should I still generate another? The one I sent is from my app. The pdf file was sent to me

Wow Rootiab, this is so fast. CONGRATULATIONS, you're almost there. It depends on the bank in use, if its among the listed bank such as Gtbank, Zenith Bank etc, I think he can walk in and request for it to be sent specifically to Canada, a password and username will be generated which is what you'll send to IRCC via the usual way(s).
Alternatively, if he's into online banking, this can easily be done using his online banking app.
