I'm sure they don't know the security implications of what they're doing, imagine having to call emergencely and you can't becus of the crazy deductions. When next call back another person will pick it and tel you another crap, that's what you will use to nail them. I swear I give them problems a lot even on top #3 deductions. Germany as far as am concerned. Their international passport and visa is so difficult to come by even to its own citizens let alone other nations.
