ContentedK: When has Singapore EVER ''spoken on the world stage'' and what did they say? Who is their leader? I don't even know. Do you? They are just a small city-state with 5 million people. They are industrialised, but in today's world you need to have your voice at the table. If it was just about being industrialised, China, India, SA, USA, UK, Brazil and others would have just sat at home and minded their own business, and there would be no BRICS or G20. This is why I laugh when I see some of these folks talking about Nigeria splitting up and everybody answering his father's name. Nigeria will never break. Not one inch of land will be ceded to become another country. When you split up into little Sierra Leones and Liberias and Burkina Fasos, who will listen to you when you talk about joining BRICS or G20? They will chase your president out of their office with koboko before he completes the sentence. Once you break up, you're finished as a people. Irrelevant in the international community. You will not be at the table where international, world decisions are being made. You will be under the table scrubbing the floor, eating the crumbs, and taking orders from Cyril Ramaphosa. He writes: “General Vaspasian and his son Caesar Titus fought against the Jews. Millions of Jews fled into Africa... fleeing from Roman persecution and starvation during the siege.” Those ''millions of Jews'' since 70 AD would have multiplied to at least half the modern African population today, ie roughly 600 TO 700 MILLION Africans.
