Kapilta:I think you will find that Bubu is way too busy doing what he was elected to do, which is govern the nation, to be worrying unduly about some clearly compromised 'revolutionary'. |
Scream:https://www.azquotes.com/picture-quotes/quote-an-ad-hominem-attack-against-an-individual-not-against-an-idea-is-highly-flattering-nassim-nicholas-taleb-87-48-52.jpg |
eagleu:Anyone notice how this dude has not addressed a single point I've raised in the thread, but has only engaged in ad hominem attacks? ''Ad hominem is a notoriously weak logical argument. And is usually used to distract the focus of a discussion - to move it from an indefensible point and to attack the opponent.'' ~ Lord Aquitainus Attis ~ ''Furies of Calderon'' by Jim Butcher |
eagleu:Who is this...tout? |
obailala:Oh please shut your trap. I'm not one of of those who ''complain Nigeria is a useless country''. YOU ARE. So, don't come here projecting. And we are not so desperate for 'liberation' that we will succumb to the machinations and manipulations of FOREIGN INTERESTS whose IMPERIALIST INTERESTS cannot possibly align with OURS. If you're too thick and dumb to see the basic logic of that stance, you need to go get a refund on your education, because it was years wasted. |
lathrowinger:Your guess is as good as mine. I can't imagine it's for anything beneficial to us though. |
Scream:He may be fighting for YOUR liberation, certainly not mine. I'm already free. And Yes, we MUST ask where he is getting his funding and support from, whether YOU like it or not. Because he who pays the piper dictates the tune. Comprende? |
Scream:Dude, this is way over your thick, block head, so you move on. |
lathrowinger:The CIA uses philanthropic organisations to send money to its targeted collaborators around the world, as exposed in this report: ''What CIA seeks to achieve through Ford Foundation James Petras, retired Bartle Professor (Emeritus) of Sociology at Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York, and adjunct professor at Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, wrote a damning article on September 18, 2002, exposing the Ford Foundation’s sinister choice of beneficiaries of its donations. He accused the CIA of using “philanthropic foundations as the most effective conduit to channel large sums of money to Agency projects without alerting the recipients to their source”. http://intellibriefs..com/2014/04/what-cia-seeks-to-achieve-through-ford.html |
lathrowinger:The Ford Foundation has been linked to the CIA. https://www.ratical.com/ratville/CAH/FordFandCIA.html https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Foundation |
lathrowinger:Before we ''appreciate'', we need to ask about the guy's motives. Who is behind him? And what do they want? When you research Sahara Reporters, it says on wiki: ''Based in New York City, Sahara Reporters was founded in 2006 by Omoyele Sowore. Sahara Reporters was traditionally supported by grants donated by international foundations and non-governmental organizations. It has received support from the Ford Foundation, which has donated $175,000 to the organization in the past, and from the Global Information Network. Sahara Reporters has also received a $450,000 grant from The Omidyar Foundation.'' https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sahara_Reporters Why are the Ford Foundation funding Sahara Reporters? |
lathrowinger:He's clearly working to a script. Even Sahara Reporters was clearly established to lead him up to ......all this. |
lathrowinger:Is he the only one that wants the betterment of the country? If you want betterment, is it by fighting with army men everyday and receiving bruises, assuming those photos making the rounds are authentic? How did he leave from newspaper editing in New York, to vying for the presidency in Nigeria, expecting to win with no political experience or affiliations, or even basic home base support? When all those attempts to seize power lead nowhere, he turns 'revolutionary'? Now he's got himself in jail again, and is on hunger strike? I mean, come on man... |
Honestly, this guy is just becoming a nuisance to society. I don't even know what he actually WANTS. What does he want? For Buhari to step down? Buhari is duly elected, and we practise a democracy. If you want him out, you'll have to wait till 2023. So please, What does Sowore want? https://globalvoices.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Sowore--800x426.jpg |

matrix199:My thoughts exactly. I just don't trust this guy with power. He plays to a script. Starting from Sahara Reporters itself, which was clearly established to lead him up to .........all this. |
I favour an Igbo president. But he must campaign hard for it and build bridges. It's a democracy, so it can't be handed to him on a plate. |
toprealman:Don't mind him. Any small money they make in Nollywood, you'll see them in Dubai, and building mansions in Lekki. Mr financial adviser. |
roldet804:The money is not kept in an office. |
cosmos1440:Ekwensu is not an evil deity. It was christianity's need for a 'devil' that led to that misconception. |
majamajic:Who cares what you think? The East-West coastal rail contract has been signed with CCNC, the same company that built Lagos-Ibadan and Abuja-Kaduna lines. For projects of this scale, you don't sign today and start building tomorrow or even in 1 year. Many things must be done first. Ask anyone in construction or civil engineering. Buhari is not the type of leader who signs a contract and doesn't see it through. But I'm sure you knew that already. |
Jman24:Take your racial inferiority complex and go stick it where the sun don't shine. Dumbass slave and mosquito brain. Mr ''clear grid system by international standard''. Do you see ''international'' streets with sand and open gutter with no sidewalks for pedestrians? Don't fight for useful things. Be talking rubbish about ''grid system''. |
SweetDipBenny:lol |
ademasta:If ''the virus is real'', you wouldn't need to tell us. Who is paying you to tell us ''it is real''? |
mikywonder:lol |
CzarChris:Why should he pray he quits? That weed has kept him going for over 67 years. |
alphaRego01:funny guy... ![]() |
Dreyton36:Honestly, he must be a very wise man. One can imagine the level of thoughts in his head at 67 smoking ganja. A real treasure trove of wisdom and insight. |
majamajic:What a wonderful story. You're lucky to have had that experience bro. ![]() |
EXLOVER:That is what I'm saying. If you try and stop him smoking his cannabis now, it's almost like a death sentence for him. The man is past 67 years, so what else do you want from him? Just leave him to enjoy his life. ![]() |
majamajic:What a lovely proverb. ![]() |
Oluwasaeon:Don't mind the yeye boy talking rubbish. If the man has been smoking up till the age of 67 with no issues, he might as well continue till he's over 80 or 90 sef. It's that Igbo that he's smoking that's even keeping him alive and kicking at this point. |
