Politics › Re: Can Somebody Please Confirm That Peter Obi's Wife Uses $150,000 Handbags? by rossipki(op): 5:02pm On Sep 16
Something else I want to know is

"WHAT ARE THOSE HANDBAGS MADE OUT OF?"

Is it not leather?

Is there another material that they use to make them, so that they cost such huge amounts of money?

I MEAN, THE CAPITAL FLIGHT IS UNBELIEVABLE.

DOLLARS that should be used to boost THIS economy are being wasted on something as stupid as $10 leather bags from Europe costing $150,000 each simply because some European's "designer" name is stamped on the bag?

WHY WOULD PETER OBI TOLERATE THIS INSANE LEVEL OF CAPITAL FLIGHT FROM HIS OWN HOUSE??

And then have the AUDACITY to go round the country preaching "from consumption to production"? angry

Nigerians are special breed of humans. How much is fuel price? How much is minimum wage?
The president traveled to Europe. This hand bag is just a distraction.
The killings in the country is not important, it's the cost of a billionaire's wife hand bag that is the main problem of the country.
"Hey! Look over there! Don't look at our $150,000 handbags...Look at the fuel price and minimum wage and people unalived. Don't look at us...! You must really be a SPECIAL BREED OF HUMANS to ignore all your problems to focus on my jobless wife's $150,000 designer handbags."

You're truly shameless.

Gabriella Investments Limited (named after Obi's then 17y old daughter) was incorporated on November 17, 2010, in the British Virgin Islands, and was later renamed PMGG Investments Limited in February 2017.

PMGG stands for Peter Margaret Gabrielle Giringori Gregory.

A trust called The Gabriella Settlement was also created in the BVI to hold family assets.

Giringori was governor of Anambra when these accounts were opened.

Do you want more ?

https://offshoreleaks.icij.org/nodes/110094536

Use the search tab and type Peter Obi and you will see everything I posted here is fact .

Giringori's only excuse at the time was that it was not his personal account but a trust setup for his family.

He can thank GEJ for protecting him from full investigation and prosecution.
JESU!

Was this what happened??

I didn't even know these details.

This is pure PDP corruption and Padi-Padi politics.

You-Chop-I-Chop politics!

It's unbelievable what these PDP criminals have done to this country.

Then Peter Obi sneaked out of their cabal to join new party and claim sainthood.

But his wife's monstrously expensive handbags remind us all exactly who he is.

A PDP GRAND LOOTER.

THEY MUST SEE US ALL AS PAUPERS.

Poor masses they can easily deceive with propaganda, and make more and more money...💰 sad

You can imagine their house where they are living. Sofa costs $50,000....Bathroom sink with gold taps, $20,000. Dining table, $45,000...etc, etc...

A story I absolutely refuse to believe, until it is fully confirmed.

That Peter Obi's wife goes around with different handbags worth over $150,000 each.

Simple! When an Igbo man buys from China and then sells in Nigeria, the profits remain in Nigeria, where the Igbo man uses the money to build for himself lavish properties, employing local Nigerians to build his luxury property. That is the Nigerian economy being boosted by the man's activities. It is relatively the same when people across West Africa buy and sell within the economic zone. The bulk of the profit remains within West Africa and, in turn, helps keep the economy running.😒😒

Now, when a Chinese man sells goods in Nigeria, the likelihood is extremely high that he sends the profits back to China, with almost nothing of it remaining in Nigeria except that which supports his ability to sell even more. 😒😒
Absolute garbage.

You impoverish Nigerians by charging exorbitant amounts for cheap Chinese products.

That the money goes into your building a mansion in your village does nothing for the average Nigerians you over-charge daily across the nation.

They will prefer to keep their money in their own pockets, not enrich you for your village mansion.

Chinese are welcome here.

Use your brain and find a better way to make money than exploiting Nigerians, okay?

Those that sees the damages Chinese influence in the local market will cause to Nigeria economy, should start planning a way to escape the incoming hardship it will cause. Many Nigerian will later understand the bad side of the Chinese inside local market, when the money that suppose to stay in Nigerians bank transfer to China bank to stay. China produce law materials, produce a products with the law materials, and come to Nigeria and sell to consumers and go with your money. So what exactly do Nigerians benefit?
What do Nigerians benefit when the Igbo man buys goods from the same China and sells exorbitantly to Nigerians?

How do we benefit??

It impoverishes us because we pay more!

You are wrong. The ultimate winners are the common Nigerians who will be able to afford cheap goods and services offered by Chinese men.

The affected middle men should go and look for another idea to fuse into their business and out-compete the Chinese.

They should merge and pull higher finances to buy in larger scale and dethrone the Chinese.

Please allow Nigerians enjoy cheap goods once, the country is too expensive enough. Ordinary Nigerians are more in number, in short in millions, than the Chinese.

Think why Europe is trying to regulate their cheap electric cars in European markets over their own. Every reasonable government will try to protect their own, and homegrown products. Just like Dangote said: it's only Africans that develop Africa. If a Nigerian make money he uses it to develop Nigeria, same can't be said of Chinese in Nigeria. There should be higher taxes for foreigners doing retail business in Nigeria, that's if Government not banning them completely, to protect Nigeria Small Scale Businesses. Think!

Politics › Re: Scottish Independence: Why Are Nigerians Wasting Their Future Over One Nigeria? by rossipki: 6:35pm On Sep 14
truthera:
I came across this featured thread "UK Leaders Sign Agreement To Break The United Kingdom (Video)" in which Scotish leaders came together to declare the intention of their people to break up the United Kingdom, below is an except of the post below...

I am forced to ask why can't Nigerians see the root of their problem and do something about it? I've made the argument consistently on several platforms including here on Nairaland that Nigeria in it's current format is a hopeless cause that should be dissolved or decentralized, that Nigerians will be wasting their time and future engaging in another unprogressive electoral process of installing another "One Nigeria" political pretender like Atiku Abubakar, Bola Tinubu or Peter Obi as president when they should be pushing for a national referendum on country's unity that will lead to sovereign national conference to reset or dissolve Nigeria.

Everyone knows that there is no genuine unity in Nigeria, as a result of this a section of the country remains perpetually marginalized and denied their right to self-determination, everyone knows that Nigeria runs on a military constitution that have been in existence since 1999, a constitution that should've been dissolve if truly it was a real democratic country. Everyone knows that the indigenous people within Nigeria did not create Nigeria as it is nothing but a symbol of British colonial conquest and subjugation that shouldn't have ended in 1960 if those that negotiated it's independence had the genuine interest of their people at heart.... As long as Nigeria exists, the masses will continue to suffer as a direct consequence of it's systemic injustice and retrogressiveness. If the Scotish people that enjoy a better country can exercise their right to self-determination by demanding for independence I see no reason why Nigerians suffering and are worse off under a hopeless British colonial experiment cannot demand for their freedom.....

In conclusion, I will once again reiterate, no matter who wins the 2027 presidential election, no sustainable national progress can be achieved unless a national referendum is done that will lead to a total dissolution or decentralization of Nigeria.....
NO. Nigeria will never let you corner our oil and gas resources in the name of "self-determination".

You tried it before and you failed. So stop dreaming.

Rail transport and rail network are huge business opportunities for private investors. If rail transportation is opened up to private entities for development it would ease transportation and logistics and attract many foreign investors.
It will probably happen at some point.

But we need to expand the rail network first to make it worthwhile. That's the government's role.

To actually lay the tracks and build the stations, nationwide.

Then private operators of train services can be looked at.

For now, we're still in the railway expansion stage.
