Could you beleived that this bamboo is been in existence for yrs, if you check those old hurt in remote area some of there red mould hurt have bamboo.

But the system they used then is diff, they use to pieces it and tie them then mould around it.

How do you find them compared to the regular windows? I’m terms of quality?

The quality is more preferable than regular imported ones.
But let wait and hear from aluminium fabricator guru also.
I personally I don't like the colour but the quality of the material is ok

Lightweight pipe is 1.5mm is btw 750-850 depends on your location
While thickpipe of 2.2mm is btw 1300-1400 location determine this too.

So far your plumbing work is done properly by using appropriate BSS standard sizes of pipe for each area i.e mains line, distribution line and your over head tank is well placed at good height the two faucets will give you adequate pressure needed.

Are the materials quoted all necessary (especially the one that states Bat top at N20k each. The prices is reasonable provided he give you imported materials and very thick pipe (what am seen here imported materials price, although it's not stated on the list.)
More so 1" ,4" pipe price can still be reduce by 100-200 each but others fittings can be reduced by 10-100naira .

The quantity of pipe can not be accurate from here because we don't know how far your safety tank and suckaway is to the main building.

The bath top he means (7nos) should be bath tube but you can ask him to expantiate what he means.

No deafect can occure to it
Such as;
Sagging
Cupping
Warping

If you have a borehole go for submersible pump. Surface pump can be use when you have surface tank. Most of the pump installed under the tank stanchion are booster/pressure pump.

SUBMERSIBLE is better if have a borehole and you don't need surface pump.

In addition to what engr topsy said you can use surface pump for shallow bore hole like 30ft which the water level is about 5-15ft.

There are two very home features that will not make a presence in any of my projects: PVC ceiling and internal metal door. I don't know what happened to Nigeria in this direction of development travel. Well, I'm determined not to travel in this retrogressive development. So for me, is "normal" ceiling and normal internal wooden doors.

Submersible pump can pump directly to overhead tank no matter the distance of your tank to the borehole. We have different hose-power of pump that can easily pump water to a long distance. The most expensive pump which is LOWORA normally give price base on the head and the flow rate. Their pumps don't normally comes in hose-power. But if you want to have reserve or back up water you may introduce a surface tank and from there it pumps to overhead tank.
