Please experts in the house, I need to your expert opinion on what could be responsible for these cracks as shown in the pictures attached. The property have been in use for close to 5 years and suddenly we started seeing those cracks almost everywhere on the ground floor.

I am not so worried about the paint peeling off but the cracks, i am not sure where it is coming from so I said let me just put it to experts. We haven't detected any water leakage anywhere but I am a little worried about those cracks.

What could be responsible for this? and what kind of fixing should we do here? I am not sure if just patching the surface and perhaps repainting fixes it. Looking forward to expert opinions.

This is severe risen dampness and partial differential settlement of the structure
You need to attend to it quickly.

200m horizontal level or 200m height?
To buttress Engr Topsy, the distance in height or Horizontal level plus depth of the bore hole will determining
1. Pump size
2. Flow rate.
3. Size of pipe to be used ( mainly 1’ or 1-1/4’

Hello house, please does anyone know the average cost of installation of water filtering system for a building with 6 flats. The current water output contains lead and it's colored. The idea is to have the borehole pump the water into a filtering system then the filtered water is transferred to the tanks.

It depends on the nature of the unclean water.
But budget btw 350k- 1.5m
But if it’s salty water it’s more costly than this.

Nooo bcs we knew what we are doing from beginning only that you are quick to jumped into conclusions that we are not using concrete reason why I schooled you immediately so that you can learn as a young architect
