Good morning chief.
The total landed area is 3plots of land
The initial budget for the project was N250m for the Hall and the gym/ eatery building

Later we added Game Center, bakery, swimming pool and others utilities building to it.
Total cost will be added to the initial N250m which will be posted here later

I noticed some places already have light accessories before painting. Which actually come first, accessories before painting or painting before accessories?
Painting before accessories seems ideal to avoid paint stains or being messed up, little maintenance later are more easier to keep accessories neat in my opinion.

Some project needs some lighting accessories to be fixed before final painting such as; pop ceiling light, pop rope light, ceiling speakers, it’s
While few will be after 1st coat painting.
Bcs if final painting done before lighting the electrician will stained the wall while fixing those lights

Please experts in the house, I need to your expert opinion on what could be responsible for these cracks as shown in the pictures attached. The property have been in use for close to 5 years and suddenly we started seeing those cracks almost everywhere on the ground floor.

I am not so worried about the paint peeling off but the cracks, i am not sure where it is coming from so I said let me just put it to experts. We haven't detected any water leakage anywhere but I am a little worried about those cracks.

What could be responsible for this? and what kind of fixing should we do here? I am not sure if just patching the surface and perhaps repainting fixes it. Looking forward to expert opinions.

You need to attend to it quickly.

To buttress Engr Topsy, the distance in height or Horizontal level plus depth of the bore hole will determining
1. Pump size
2. Flow rate.
3. Size of pipe to be used ( mainly 1’ or 1-1/4’
