The idea is to have the borehole pump the water into a filtering system then the filtered water is transferred to the tanks.

I will like to upgrade it to a modern look. Also there's an issue of water logging in the living room when it rains. I willneed to do some kind of elevation and build a working drainage/gutters.

This property is a 5 bedroom duplex with another three bedroom bungalow behind the main building.

Dilapidated building ? Hmm you need to 1st check form Lasbca if they will approve renovation work on that structure… I know what I’m saying bcs this is not the 1or 2nd time that I have handled such.
After that you will need to do a some test to know the stability of the structure and a lot more before you can bring back the building to better abode.
But don’t be scared it’s do able I have done some as this and so many people have done same also without break bank, you just need to give it to the right handler to handle
