Agarawu I beg no kill me with laugh |
@agarawu ,the issue Is that we are use to certain degree of coldness here (20-; so when ever its lesser than that we will start filing cold ,but In polar region where there is -8 degrees, you will believed that here we don't need heater, even as I'm typing now I'm filling cold just a day rain oooo |
Al's chudley |
The book contains a lot ,also harfod Seeley But not full as this |
Mostly 1/2" I hope the cost of this heater will be a something 70 pec home owner can afford Also the cost of maintainance, availability of the part, etc bcs we looking at an alternative to how we can reduce exesive using of heater in every toilet |
Oga egun pls what is the cost of this heater with all the accessories |
Yes, but same voltage that power 10lts will power 120lts (200-250v) but where is the light ,before 120ts will get to boiling point, 10 LTS size will be ready to use ,...fluctuations of power supply 5min on 2day off |
So many thing to consider before the introduction , cost of the piping, heater, maintaince ,available of part in MKT etc |
Yes egun baba, but here in nigeria we lack maintainance culture, more so you can hide your heater in your roof ,I use to do it that way but the height of you over head tank most be higher than the level of the heater in other to have adequate free flow of water into the he heater also as the discharged |
Yes boss, there is the central water heating system that is been installed outside the building and it's serves all sections of the building. It is available here in nigeria. In using the central heating system, provisions for it has to be made right from the building plan. So as to know where and where it will be channeled to. It does use electricity and it saves money. In 150, 200, 300 litres. People prefer the single ones( 10, 15,30 litres) because of individuality, At endia samy you are right.but the problem I see with central water heater is that ones it has fault it means the whole building will not have hot water ,that is why I prefer individual heater for each toilet or 2 toilet to share 1 heater, where we have about 4 toilet so the whole house will not have shortage of hot water if one develop problem and at time it take some days in most home to rectify fault.more so as some said that Nigeria don't need much hot water ,to me, we are much used to the weather conditions here when its amathan almost every body here in Nigeria wioo like to use hot water even when in raning season more so in some part of Nigeria when woman gibe bath to new born baby they most use hot water to massage there body ,make tea etc |
Work in progress,.Proposed materials for the project,

Generally there is is diff in prices BTW two of them.the stainless one is lesser Bcs is it's fabricated here in Nigeria while the plastic one is imported as its although there is imported stainless ones as that plastic one but it's very expensive. |
The water closet with side water supply is still commonly used in Nigeria but you can only find it in wall hung type of water closet. Most closet couple design comes in under supply system, generally all of them serve the same purpose The 2 water treatment plant performed the same function if they are set up with full system, What I mean is that if you look at the 2nd pics it has what we called uv light (to kill germs) which the first one doesn't have. Bcs the owner of the 2nd one wanted the water to be drinkable while the 1st one is just for general house used The cost are varies due to size of the tank and the nature of the water to be treated. But let's say range of 150-300k for domestic type as these |
15,000 |
More update on the way |
@egunmogaji :the pipe on the floor is pvc pipe for waste water more so,part of the over site concrete (German floor) was perforated.in other to have medium height of finishing floor level 2)The pex pipe (encho ) is very suitable for both hot and cold water system, further more you can use any colour of the pipe (pex) for either cold or hot water line (red colour for hot line is just to indicate it from blue which is for cold water at times but generally you can use white colour for both) although here in Nigeria we normally use white of it Bcs other colours are not in Nigeria mkt.so it's not compulsory to use red or blue for the system. 3.yes we can run each water line individually to the manifold |
