Starting from the last question, it depends on what you want for yourself. Do you intend to work in Nigeria, whether in a private or government parastatals or to vie for a political post in future or to do like my friend who schooled in Canada and never came back to serve because he’s never coming to live in Nigeria anymore?

I’ll advice you to start applying for masters in advanced countries. Nothing good comes easily so give fully funded scholarship many tries and you might just be successful.

About the best MSc course for Civil Engineering, let it depend on what you truly have interest in. Structural designs, etc....
