While those borders remain closed, this government must take steps to improve our capacity to produce locally.

I don't know why Buhari is finding it diffult to improve electricity. Fashola provided 10,000 megawatts last December, he later said it was not the responsibility of government to generate power. So, why did he make the promise in the first place?

How about the new minister of power? Nobody knows what the man is doing. Without fixing our electricity, the gains of border will only happen in short term. In the long run, we will find out that prices of foodstuff will remain expensive permanently. This government has to fix power.
