source : http://www.roviarsguide.com/website-design/how-to-reduce-your-website-bounce-rate

Are you worried about the number of visitors to your site? Are you looking for ways to make your customers or visitors stay longer?
These questions are important because they determine whether you have a low, medium or high bounce rate on your website.

But what does your website’s bounce rate really mean?

A definition provided by Google, on its website, states: … “The bounce rate is the percentage of visitors that access only one page before leaving the site. Several factors contribute to bounce rate. Example: visitors can get stuck with your web design if it has usability problems. Visitors can also leave your site after viewing one page if they have found their desired information. Therefore, they may not be interested in visiting other pages. ”

You get the picture right? Therefore, in this post, i will give you 5 useful tips to optimize your web browsing, increase customer navigability and reduce the bounce rate of your website!

1.Update the content

If your site has been published for more than 3-5 years , a good strategy is to review the old articles or post, then update of the content and consider even removing the comments present.
Depending on the category a content may expire fast depending on recent trends, so when readers click on the content and realize that is already outdated, they leave the page.
Things can be even worse! Customers may not return to your web thinking it’s not worth reading your content. Do not fret… there are ways to improve your website in this regard:

Update the article’s contents and statistics(if It includes case studies)
Find new ways of writing on topics with a different view from the previous article you are updating.
Describe your observations intelligently
Make your content simple and accessible to visitors

2. Learn to read and understand analytic figures from your site

This tip may even be considered even more important than the first! After all, if you can read and interpret the figures, as you can improve it? To do this we recommend that you familiarize yourself with your bounce rates or the market or niche on which your website thrives, you may even think about changing your website. However, it is important to note that a high or low bounce rate is not necessarily an indicator of success or failure!
3. Adjust your Ad-words campaigns

Often, a high bounce rate can be linked to a Google Ad-words campaign that was created incorrectly. If the campaigns are not 100% relevant and not related to the customer with the exact product or service they are looking for probably, the lowest percentage will be recorded; Even if your company is investing a large sum with Ad-words! So it is best to to choose relevant keywords, accurate and specific terms of your business, product and / or service.
When Google Ad-words campaigns are created they must be correctly specified for a product or market or niche, this increases the ability of your site to acquire relevant visitors who will spend more time surfing and reading your the contents.
4. Write a review of keywords on your website

As time passes, some of the market trends change, and this thereby changes the popularity of the websites that were considered relevant with content and keywords. the keywords that attract visitors to your site Should be taken into account. With this information, your site must be constantly updated including keywords that customers use to reach your site.
5.Create a new design for your homepage

The main task of a website is to show visitors “what they want” and encourage them to interact with the content.
Your website should never be too confusing as this might scare the visitor. You need to find a balance between images, text and graphics, make sure your site navigation follows a logical pattern and is easy to understand. If in doubt about the quality of some version perform an A / B test to show the two versions of your site and compare the results to see which has better public acceptance.
Stay on top of what’s happening in the digital world and track new trends in Internet, so you can always improve your website according to what happens around you. What I don't like about this several platforms they are all putting out is that you can't have celebs and certain people follow you while you follow them, unlike facebook where you they can see your contents so long they accepted your request.

Modern technology and how they existed in the biblical era
yes that's true, but for me, most of the people i follow on twitter follow me back....well i guess its a win-win situation. But this new partnership between Google and twitter is a good opportunity for bloggers and online business owners to go back to their Search Engine Optimization Drawing board.
WebmastersThe New Google Tweet Section by Roviarsguide(op): 4:59pm On May 23, 2015
Google and Twitter have teamed up. Google will now have a tweet section, which will appear in real time on the top of the search engine when users search for keywords or phrases

This groundbreaking initiative, joins the Internet giants, Google and Twitter, and will change the Google search algorithm. When searching with a mobile -smartphone or tablets, tweets related to the topic searched appear. For example, as Webpronews noted, when you search on a name, such as “Taylor Swift”, you see tweets that she has put out there. Google will therefore include a new section with tweets which will be the first thing that appears when searching with the mobile.

For now, this new single will be available in the US English version, but they are planning to expand this amendment both to other countries and in other languages. It may be used on Android and Apple operating systems, and from a pc browser.
Binding of the search engine and a social network is going to generate a large change in SEO ( Search engine Opimization). Twitter favors this change because it will offer a much higher visibility for its registered users, whether individual profiles as brand or media.
In terms of which tweets, Google chooses to show, it could be taking any variety of factors into account. It does say “Popular on Twitter,” on some certain results, but it sometimes shows tweets that are only seconds old and haven’t had much time to become too popular, so it’s likely taking other popularity signals into account. Possibly follower count or popularity of shared links.

Webpronews still states that, Google in its initial blog post showed an example of a search for Malcolm X, and included a tweet from Stacy Parker LeMelle, who has 10.5K followers. The tweet was just 12 seconds old. Google is likely using the popularity of the actual link being shared as a signal as well. That same tweet included a link from the New York Times, which was no doubt shared plenty of times.

This agreement also also enhances rumors of a possible takeover of Twitter by Google.
This is an exciting new concept for online businesses and individual bloggers alike.
Do you like Google’s approach? How would you like to see them change it? Share your thoughts in the comments.
I would love to hear from you!!

source : http://www.roviarsguide.com/website-design/5-ways-to-make-people-love-your-website

Making people fall in love with your site all boils down to the design mechanism of your site. How your website is designed affects the way people get to appreciate your website. below i’ll discuss a few tips you can apply to your website to make people love your website.

Before i go into the details, for those of familiar with web analytics. I’m sure you are familiar with your website’s “bounce rate”. WebmastersFacebook Instant Articles by Roviarsguide(op):
After months of rumor and a little bit of chatter from the company itself, Facebook has finally announced Instant Articles, its initiative to get publishers to let Facebook host content. The company bills it as “a fast and interactive experience for reading articles in News Feed” and “a tool for publishers to create fast, interactive articles on Facebook” while giving them “control over their stories, brand experience and monetization opportunities.”

Fast and Responsive
Leveraging the same technology used to display photos and videos quickly in the Facebook app, articles load instantly, as much as 10 times faster than the standard mobile web. –facebook instant articles
“Web articles in the Facebook app take an average of eight seconds to load, by far the slowest single content type on Facebook,” says product manager Michael Reckhow. “Using the same technology that loads photos and videos quickly in our mobile app, Instant Articles load as much as ten times faster than standard mobile web articles, so you get to the stories you want to read instantly. Once there, new features like tilt-to-pan photos, auto-play video, embedded audio captions, and interactive maps let you explore the story in beautiful new ways.”

Publishers can sell ads in their articles and keep the revenue or elect to use Facebook’s Audience Network to monetize unsold inventory. They’ll also have the ability to track data and traffic through comScore and other analytics tools.

“Fundamentally, this is a tool that enables publishers to provide a better experience for their readers on Facebook” said Facebook Chief Product Officer Chris Cox. “Instant Articles lets them deliver fast, interactive articles while maintaining control of their content and business models.”

The company is launching Instant Articles with 9 partners, including: The New York Times, National Geographic, BuzzFeed, NBC, The Atlantic, The Guardian, BBC News, Spiegel and Bild. For now, Instant Articles will only appear on Facebook’s iPhone app with a special set of articles published by these partners, but Facebook says it will continue to develop the product with partners over the coming months. If you’re a publisher and wish to get involved, you can contact Facebook about doing so at http://instantarticles.fb.com

In an FAQ document, Facebook makes it clear that Instant Articles will not be required for publishers on Facebook going forward and that those who choose to use it still control how much they publish to Facebook. Standard article links will remain accessible from Facebook for publishers who don’t wish to participate. The company says it expects users to appreciate the enhancements and that publishers will see greater engagement as a result.

Publishers don’t need to create original content for Facebook. Instant Articles is simply an optimized way to distribute content on Facebook. One can only imagine that Facebook will give these stories special treatment when it comes time for ranking content for News Feed delivery, similar to what it’s doing with its hosted video content (it’s actively advising pages against posting videos from other sites).

Instant Articles supports automated content syndication via HTML and RSS, so once publishers get involved, the work on their end should really be minimal. Content published on Instant Articles will also be published on the publisher’s own website.

“It’s a straightforward process for publishers to publish their articles in the Instant Articles format because it uses HTML and RSS, standard ways for authoring articles on the web,” the FAQ explains. “Facebook translates articles authored for the web in HTML into the Instant Articles format. We also provide tools for publishers to preview articles prior to publication and make sure they display as they intended. Publishers who wish to embrace new elements like interactive maps and auto-play videos can use simple, well-documented HTML tags to enhance their content with rich-media features.”

Instant Articles works for any article type. Nothing changes with regard to link sharing.Facebook says there is no need to link or post an Instant Article differently. Each is associated with a link, so when a friend or page shares a link in News Feed, readers see the Instant Article version if it’s available. People who are on devices that don’t yet support Instant Articles will just see the normal version of the content.

One question that is likely on every publisher’s mind is: How will this affect my referral traffic? Here’s Facebook’s answer: “Instant Articles display within the Facebook app, so readers no longer redirect to the publisher’s website. Facebook worked with publishers and comScore to enable Instant Articles views in Facebook’s app to count as traffic to the original publishers, just as they do on the mobile web.”
https://www.roviarsguide.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/unnamed.jpg

For the most part this all sound pretty good for everybody involved – a win/win for Facebook and publishers. For now. The main concern is that publishers will come to rely on Facebook too much, as many have in the past, and as we all know, being at the mercy of Facebook’s doings doesn’t always work out that great in the end.

That said, the fact that your content still resides on your own site would seem to alleviate that concern. You still won’t have to rely solely on Facebook. Honestly, based on what Facebook has presented so far, I’m not seeing a lot of downside. If anything, it could be a chance for publishers to make up some lost ground in the News Feed.

what are your thoughts on this issue?

BusinessThe Truth About Internet Marketing by Roviarsguide(op): 4:47pm On May 14, 2015
Its an open secret that one major way people make money online is through internet marketing,so many stories have saturated the internet with talks of people make big bucks from Internet Marketing. What really is internet marketing?, how can you become an internet marketing professional?, can internet marketing replace a full time job?......lets discuss these issues one after the other....

Just like normal business marketing, internet marketing involves marketing different products and services on the internet. Internet marketing can be done effectively through numerous methods available on the internet; advertising, blogging, vlogging, etc....are among the numerous methods people employ for their Internet marketing. Internet marketing is for the online world which encompasses a great number of internet users thereby making Internet Marketing a business to consider. wink

To become a professional in Internet Marketing requires the big 3P's that is, PERSISTENCE,PATIENCE and PRODUCTIVITY. Even the big names in Internet Marketing today started from a point, and had to be persistence with their Internet marketing strategies, they had to have had patience for Internet Marketing results don't happen overnight unlike what you've been popularly told online, and they had the all needed productivity.

Can internet marketing be chosen as a long term career?

The bitter answer is a resounding YES!!

It is very important that the first thing you do, in order to earn long term money online, is accept the fact that you are going to have to do real work. You will have to do actual and real work on a daily basis and you will have days when you feel fantastic about what you do and days when you wish you could find something else to take on. This causes it to be just about like every other occupation that is out there. If you want to produce lasting cash flow by working lots right now and not at all later on then you are going to be in for a rude awakening in a little while. So be ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work.

There are a few ventures that lend themselves much better to a long term career than others will. Affiliate marketing, to use one example, is a great task for someone who wants to earn money on a part time basis or to supplement your already existent income. Is it truly possible to earn a full time income in this manner? You could if you pick out only the right products and then work like crazy to promote them. A far better approach, nevertheless, is to create your own products or websites and then promote those. This gives you full control over the projects you take on and how you accomplish them. And you will end up more likely to stick with it in the long run. If you want to give a service on the web this works much the same way. Writers, for example, need to create websites for themselves and create portfolios that they can point to as examples of their work.

The Hard Truth

The most significant thing that you need to recognize is that, when you want to build a long term and reliable income on the internet, you need to truly dedicate yourself to your task. You might have fun and feel rewarded by your efforts but first you should tell yourself "yes, I really want to do this." Making a halfhearted effort is not about to get you anywhere.
