If you've ever been to Imo. youll know there is always something substandard about everything Rochas builds.

It's like he's just building in order to gather acclaim. His bridges begin to crumble and flake off within months, the roads develop potholes quickly, the government centres he builds are of low quality and this nigga has a problem of flooring the compound of his structures.
He just prefers to leave them as earth. So you'll see a new structure in imo state already in use, but it's surrounded by grass because nothing was paved or cemented outside. Imo state just looks like an old town even while new things are still being built. Disheartening. The next government will rebuild and regain another round of applause.

Peter Obi On Private Visit To Gov Okorocha

The immediate past governor of Anambra state, Mr Peter Obi was this morning sighted at the new Governor's Lodge, Government House Owerri after a private audience with the Chairman, Progressive Governors Forum & Imo State governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha.

When accosted by newsmen on his visit to Gov Okorocha, Mr Obi said, "Rochas is my personal friend. He is in APC I am in PDP. There is nothing political about this visit. I came to thank him for his stance on KANU as an Igbo leader" he was quited as saying. When pressed further, he pleaded to be left alone saying, "Its a private visit to a brother "

Guy, guess why that Orlu is classiffied by the new WHO Release as one of the five most polluted cities in Nigeria.

I agree because I just returned from Imo last week. I praised the Imo governor to some extent, the governor not bad in the state capital.
But I wowed for that Orlu; inside the town, off this major road, the roads are shiit, either abandoned or plain raw.
Garbage dumps were circled by vehicles as roundabouts. Dust from the streets coated all houses. It's like the Orlu is abandoned by government, true; even state government traffic wardens who clustered in junctions at the state capital, some taking style to beg money from motorists, you can't find even one outside the capital, there's hardly police, unlike in the capital at every short distance.
A few persons in the Orlu recounted that the governor is not in love with the place.

But if I am your governor, I wouldn't condescend to becoming so petty and mean to my subjects because I have power.

This is the state whose governor has 'won' trailer loads of awards and counting mostly outside his state. Awards being given by individuals who has never visited the state.

The billions of Naira the state received from the Paris Club refund may require signatory from the American President before we feel the positive impact of it.

Anyway, what am I saying? Isn't Anambra State the safest and cleanest state in Nigeria according to my friend, Ifeanyi Aniagoh?

Academic activities are set to commence at the brand new Imo State University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine Ngor-Okpala/ Aboh-Mbaise as work begins on the construction of a standard three bedrooms staff quarters for lecturers and other non-academic staff of the university.

In the spirit of the Christmas season, Imo State governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha is leading the way to ensure that the less privileged among us are not left out in the celebration as he led motivated well-placed Imolites, including friends of the State to make freewill donations in cash and gifts which will be shared among the less privileged across the State.
The gift items and cash realized during the Imo Day of Thanksgiving which held few days ago at the Heroes' Square in the Imo State Capital City, Owerri will be handed over to the 305 State Development Council Coordinators for onward distribution. The governor also charged private individuals with the wherewithal to ensure they do not ignore those with less means among them during this Yuletide celebration and always.

Is Willie working or just propaganda?

Few weeks ago fire raised timber market Nnewi, the State fire service was not well equipped to combat it.

It took the fire service from a private oil company, capital oil and gas Ltd to get the fire under control.

The governor sent his deputy, Dr Nkem Okeke to the scene of the accident where he promised to get the best Willie is Working state of the art fire fighting equipment to forestall such devastating damage in future.

And just last night, there was fire accident at Onitsha, the biggest commercial city in southeast. The Willie is Working fire service again failed.

Their emergency numbers were not going. The emergency numbers in a state where we have the best performing governor were not going. The fire service in the state where we have the governor as the man of the year was not active.

And there came the rescue from Delta state. It was the Delta state fire service that drove down to Onitsha to fight the rampaging fire that golfed about two filling stations, banks and residential houses.

This is the reality we get when govt is based and run on propaganda, deceit and lies.

Ndi Onitsha are now thanking gov Okowa instead of Obiano. That's another need for Correction.
