Can someone tell me the offense of the doctors?

it was announced late last year that you cant use your Nigerian ATM abroad effective january 1 2016. am quite surprised about the 17k charge. maybe thats the penalty but whatever the case may be 17k charge is huge.

i have been having log-in problem with my yahoo account. its not connecting both on my phones and on my system.

I even tried forwarding messages on the mails i received earlier on my phone. all of them returned un-sent.

Hello everyone, I just got a mail from CIO that my application, submitted on 10th June, has been given Positive Eligibility Status. UCI no given. I guess it should be forwarded to accra soon. It was stated in d mail dt my DD got encashed on Sept 29.
