JAMB has concluded all plans to write the Supplementary Exam for specific students on July 1st, 2017. The JAMB Head of Media and Information, Fabian Benjamin, said this in an interview in Lagos. All those who will be re-writing their exams will be informed via 3 main channels as follows; 1. They will be sent SMS to their registered Mobile Number. 2. They will be sent a mail to the Email they used in creating their JAMB profile. 3. They can login to their JAMB profile online, where a notification will be displayed if they are qualified to write the exam. We will advise all candidates to check their JAMB profile online to verify if they will be writing, as Options (1) and (2) are not reliable, due to network issues that can hinder the delivery of messages. You should then proceed to reprint your Examination slip as from Monday, 19th June to see your Schedule of Time and Venue for your exam. He pointed out that there are some candidates, whose results were out-rightly cancelled and disqualified, following involvement in Examination Irregularities, will also be notified via SMS, Email and Their JAMB profile. He further stated that these set of students are not eligible to rewrite the JAMB supplementary Exam holding on July 1st. "This rescheduled examination became necessary to ensure that no innocent candidate is unjustly punished," Benjamin Concluded. According to the reports we received, this process can only be done at the accredited CBT Centres. Before you head out to check if this process has started at an accredited CBT Centre around you, please ensure the following; - That you know exactly the Changes of Course/Institution you would like to make changes to. - Please ensure you do your research to ensure that the school you are changing to does not usually cut-off higher than your score. - That you can change one or all your courses/institutions at the same time. - That once the form is submitted, you can no longer make any changes again (or else the system has changed) - That you select a Course/Institution that aligns with your subject combination. If you don't do this, your school will screen you out, ( Use The JAMB Brochure To Verify That ). - There may be a limited number of schools or courses you can change to, so be sure to have 3 or 4 options, just in case the one you want to change to is not available. - You could be charged about N2,500 to effect this change. So, to those who are waiting for "THIS" , it's time for you to take this chance, remember, this might also close early based on the fact that "change Of course and institution " window has been opened and done twice this year, this is the THIRD Time, who knows when it might close again. Fine, According To The 'Rumour' Being Spread , I Was Tempted To Write About This Because Of The Following Reason(s). *High Mark* Ask Many 2017 Jamb Candidate , Especially Those That Wrote Their Own On Moday 15th Of May, Most People Were Awarded Scores Below 200 While The Case Was Different For The 13th Of May , First Batch. According To News Heard, Majority That Wrote Their UTME Exam Were Awarded Good And Favourable Scores. *State Observation* Many Jambites From The SOUTH Got Good Grades And They Wrote On Saturday Also. PS: I Have Witness Many Unbelievable Scores This Year That I Never Thought Its Available Before, Imagine 142, 130, 112, 155, etc. I Don't Know May Be I'm The Only One Seeing This As Biased.
