SARS killing people because they have good phone or dressed very well is true but the number of innocent ones are exaggerated and a lot of people including yahoo yahoo, kidnappers are using the same excuse.

Nigeria will not be better because SARS is gone.
Maybe you should come back to Nigeria

I stay in Manchester, around Moston, because good food and African shops is accessible, salon, shopping mall, business centres, food vendors, car repairs. And you can easily go to Piccadilly to have fun buy stuffs. You can visit the Manchester Arndale shopping mall where you have various shopping malls and stores. And not too far from Manchester Fort (another set for shopping malll and foodies) smiley
Moston the Yoruba area of Manchester, here I openly hear people speak Yoruba, a lot of Nigerians reside here, Manchester Arndale, Shudehill, Piccadilly this is where I get lost all the time even with google map

Why would an innocent man jump from a moving vehicle if he is not guilty. The ones that have died in the past while trying to escape, what are they escaping from? Until these youths emancipate themselves from the mentality that money can only be made from scamming other people from their hard earned money, they will keep dying and being chased. I have never and would never try to avoid SARS because I'm not a criminal and they are always free to check my phone.
You’re very mad and you don’t have someone to tell you

If you select that you're married, you'll be asked for your spouse's details and this is usually okay if your spouse needs to join or travel with you to the UK. You don't necessarily need to fill your spouse in as a financial dependant if they are not your financial dependant.
It only becomes a problem if you don't list your spouse's details in the spouse section.
Good afternoon, Mimilyrics can I send you a Pm

You can work but note that you will be allocated an emergency tax code. This can mean paying a high amount of tax you shouldn't be paying and such can't be claimed back when you receive your NI
Ahhh na wa ooo, but one can't stay idle, well working with it is still better than staying idle during free time.
TravelRe: Living In The Uk/life As A UK Immigrant by rs172(m): 6:01pm On Sep 23, 2020
mimilyrics:
Yes, you can. Some employers might ask for proof that you've applied for your NI already while some will allow you to start work upon the presentation of your BRP before you can apply for your NI, a temp code will be used on your payslip pending when you get the NI.
Some other employers will not allow you to work without it.
Oooh ok, I understand it now

I don't know what the situation is now but before the pandemic it can take as long as 6months

You should be able to get your BRP within days max..a week, it doesn't take long.
Sorry to ask @justwise can someone still work while waiting for the NI ? Or till the person gets NI before one can work?

Hi guys, I don't know whether this question has been asked before but I'll like to know if it's possible because what I saw online isn't clear to me.

Please, is it allowed to work as a freelancer/remote/online job platforms in UK. I'm currently working on two online platforms here in Nigeria but there are some platforms that reject Nigeria/find it difficult to get jobs because of being in Nigeria. So, I guess when someone reaches UK, it will be very easy to create account on those platforms and earn cool cash. For me, I'll prefer to work online because I can earn X3 or more than doing student jobs in UK. We Nigerians have been rejected on different occasions and it's all because of our location such as Amazon affiliate, stripe, upwork (currently you can't create an account if your location is Nigeria) etc. Please, if we're not allowed to work online, when will we be allowed? After study or during holiday? If we do, how would they know? Does that mean they track everything we do online.

PS: I'm not trying to bypass any system that's why I'm asking.

Below is also the screenshot of the problem we Nigerians are facing.
Hey bro... Mind if I dm

Royal air maroc was part of the airlines not allowed to operate. Pls why shouldn't we board turkish airlines, pls tell us.
Morocco airspace was scheduled to open September 10, unfortunately their government postponed it to October 10, while Turkish airline is shifting flight for no reason

Sorry for my late response.
I can’t seem to find a list of test centres in Lagos.
I’ve checked some websites but I don’t understand which and which are approved.

I will let you know as soon as I get a list.
It will also be nice if someone else can help out
Thanks very much, I've search for it too, I'm only seeing 7 approved hospital by Lagos state, just confused

Skymoore1004:
Tbh I don’t think that applies to passengers on transit but idk. Coming into Morocco means you’re going to pass immigration to enter into the city. If you are transiting, you only connect to your outbound flight.

You should check if it applies to EVERY Royal Maroc passenger or ONLY people entering Morocco.
In a case where it applies to EVERYONE, you should take your test in one of the designated test centres by NCDC.
Unfortunately no test is ongoing at the airport currently.
Thanks very much, pls can you help me with the one of Lagos

mattfeuter:
What do you need it for?

You don’t need to take the test if you’re going to the U.K.
I'll be going with Royal air Maroc, as at their last update l, passenger coming into Morroco requires Covid 19 test certificate, although they'll reopen September 10, no latest update regarding September 10 reopening.
