The other type of internationals you will see here are white Americans. Many of them ran away from America and they hate their country. You will always know them because of the way they behave. They feel so entitled. They are the ones to ask a German why they don’t fvcking speak proper English.

They compare everything to America. You will hear “oh that’s different in the states”, “that’s not how we do it in the states”. They are also very racist anywhere they go. You will either meet the ones who love black people or the ones who hate black people. There’s no in-between. They also don’t pretend. They tell you as it is. No filter.

Some of them are your colleagues at work. They feel more comfortable being around Africans than around black Americans. That is because the black Americans don’t tolerate their bullsh*t and they feel threatened being around a black American.
They are usually English teachers, exchange students, artists, globetrotters, working in car companies and the ones who just ran to Germany because they got tired of America. Those ones don’t have jobs. They just exist and speak English. Some of them learn German for work.

They are easy to make friends with. They are not interested in your culture because they do all the talking. They can live in Germany for 20 years and not care to learn anything about Germany. They will remain as American as possible until they’re ready to leave.

They complain about everything. They will tell you how sh*tty the trains are, how bad the customer service is, how fvcking dirty Germany is. They also don’t know how to mind their business. They’re the ones always writing letters to the authorities and complaining in Facebook groups about what everyone else is doing with their lives.
Them and the Canadians don’t like each other.

I will talk about black Americans when I get into types of black peoples in Germany.

I have lived in Germany now for 6 years now,came for masters,finished and stayed, Germany is not home and not where a migrant should call a home. As a black man in Germany there is a chain they place on the leg already that even the children they born here in Germany cannot be able to achieve an enviable height due to the fact that the child will be pulled down before he or she reach a university level except if the child is extra ordinarily brilliant.

Then I have built a duplex in my village and trying another one for renting. I live in a shared apartment to achieve all this. Germany or Abroad is not anyone home. Even if you have resident permit or citizenship in Germany or any Europe, one day you will be remainded that you are a foreigner just as they did to Ozil the footballer.Ozil have return back his citizenship and went back to turkey with his family. The reason why Nigerians and other Africans is holding tight in Germany despite been subjugated as nonentities is because Nigeria is a shithole country of no hope. So a Nigeria Lady will prefer to waste all her life in Germany as single mom collecting monthly stipend than to go home while the men counterpart will be rooming about looking for white lady to pregnant.

No matter how you try, as a black man you are not accepted in Germany. I am yet to see a black police man or woman in Germany.

So investing back home is good if you want to return home in the future while your children remain in Germany and be visiting home ones in a while. It is not good for a person to migrate and forget his root back home. To me as an Igbo man it is a taboo and sacrilege for one to dumb his root and continue his generation in a foreign land. Which mean after the father and mother die the children will continue to live in that country like black Americans in America.That is an abomination of highest order.

Germany as a country is rich, lot of energy sapping shitty jobs for foreigners, well organized but a hostile place to foreigners. The other EU migrants is even more hostile and racist than Germans. 90% of foreign student leave Germany in the long lawn after their studies and never stay back while in UK the reverse is the case.

So why go to Germany at the first place, why can't you stay back in Nigeria and build the mansion, you see ehn we humans are terrible in one way, now staying in Germany is now abomination because of racism..
At the end, we are just stranger on this earth, the day we die there is nothing like German passport or Nigerian passport again.

We only live once, make the best out of it and stop the hate..

Canada just started opening up to immigrants. It wasn't definitely built for the black people just like the USA. The USA is far ahead though. There are countless successful black Americans including several black CEOs of fortune 500 companies.

However, dreams can be achieved here in Canada. We are not yet at the level of the US. It would take some time, but it's a work in progress.

I still find U.k and Canada better, for we the black skin race, there atleast is still kind of accommodating to us..

Apps like Duolingo is only good in helping to memorize the words, it wont improve your listening, the best is learn the language till b1 stage under a tutor, then continue self-development by using these apps, busuu, babel and hellotalk (subscribe for the premium)..

Hey bro... this is not to discourage you, you cannot learn language on your own or with Application, you need someone to tutor you or move to a french country where you can relate with french native (this will help you very well as it the best form of learning language) apart from that there is no recommendation that will work, i speak french and german, i speak french because i schooled in Benin republic and speak german because i learn it from someone, language has it rules which applicatons will not be able to explain to you..
