am 35 years hold so please i really want to know if the waiting period of time is worth it because my dad said they are going to approve my case status by next year but currently now the status still says case currently on review..and i want to know the waiting period

I APPLIED FOR A VISIT VISA LAST YEAR 2018 BUT WAS DENIED AND ACTUALLY I DON'T KNOW THE REASON AND I WAS WASN'T TOLD BUT WAS GIVEN A BLUE PAPER WHICH TOUCHED MY HEART..

THE QUESTION NOW IS MY DAD IS AND LPR WHOM IS MARRIED TO A CITIZEN OF USA AND HE HAD PLANNED THAT IS FILING FOR ME AND SISTER THIS YEAR, I REALLY WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKES. OR IS IT POSSIBLE FOR HER WIFE TO PROCESS FOR THE BOTH OF US AND HOW WILL IT TAKES....

v.o didnt answer me
v.o passport please pass it to him
v.o where you going in the states, told him
v.o just am sorry you are in eligible to enter the us for now that i can try again ....#

I was denied a visitation visa b1/b2 on the 17 of august 2018...the v.o was a black american and i had experience travel to south africa and botswana,my appointment was schduled for 7am at walter carrington in lagos been my first time and my dad reside over there in the states whom is citizen and married but is wife was the one that sent me the invitation letter..

the question goes like these..
greeted the v.o morning
v.o didnt answer
v.o passport pls
passed him the passport
v.o where are u going in the states
atlanta georgia
v.o she said thank you, you are ineligbible to enter the us for now.....you can try again my God i wept that precious.

please i need to know where i got it wrong and i strongly need advice because i will be reapplying very soon in a couple of months now..
