Little horizontal lines from top to bottom.

This is a phone that hasn't reached two weeks.

First it was camera, now it's horizontal lines on the screen.

take it to care Carl. They should be able to substantially resolve the issue.

yes.. pictures taking with the front camera comes out with a reddish tint.. i so hate this phones camera

check the setting. You can adjust it from there.

Just came back from Carlcare. They said they would have changed it if it was within 7 days that I purchased it. Today is the 13th day after purchase. They claimed they will repair the camera and screen and if symptoms persist, they will ascertain that it is a defective unit, hence, change the device. I get my phone back on friday.

ok. That's a good start. Let's wait for their final resolve.

go through their specs and make a choice. They are all great devices and are superb, whichever one you choose

i use to think this way, but this REDMI 5 really change that belief. with 3300mah ba3 for that matter. i can go a full day without charge.

have you used the tecno povouir 2 and the battery didn't last up to 96hours.

They're not certified by any quality assurance body.
Samsung 4mp is by far clearer than Tecno 8mp

Tecno and infinix was designed for Nigerians and Indians.
Gionee, Xaomi, Huawei are better china phones

I have used a Samsung galaxy j7 prime phone and also a tecno phantom 8 and I canl tell you that the camera quality of the tecno phantom 8 beats that of the Samsung j7 prime. Tecno specs are not fake.

Nokia lost the market because they didn't follow trends. They didn't make phones that the Nigerian market needed. Tecno on the other hand have firmly understood the Nigerian market and has won a large share of it. But this is just my opinion and it can be accepted largely.

Depends on your budget. If u can afford it, Get a Samsung device but if you can't I'm sure you'll see a Tecno phone that fits your budget.

it's not about appreciating mediocrity. How many people can buy brand new Samsung s8 plus? In fact, how many people can but a brand new Samsung phone? A lot of Nigerians use tokunbo Samsung and iPhone. That, is mediocrity. Techno has given Nigerians a chance to be first hand users of mobile phones. That, is excellence.

Not at all. It just shows that there's a variety of choices customers can Make, depending on your unique phone preferences.

Great device. while learning how to pronounce pouvoir, i have fallen in love with it already, especially for it strong battery life. The tecno pouvoir 2 is looks really great.

So Tecno is saying that the battery of this new device can last 4days under heavy usage. I dey press phone o! In fact, I press phone for a living. Lol. It's a good deal.

That reminds me Tecno and product lunch is 5&6,they don't space their product it like they always launch a device every 2 hrs.
Go ask Samsung,Apple,Lenovo,Nokia,HTC,Vivo,Xiomi etc they will tell u quality matters more than numbers.
The most annoying part is they are more likely the same, they only change the casing.

Let me be going before their agent start yapping..

you should learn about the product before you castigate it. Have you used it before? Too fast to jump the gun. If they release phone every minute, how's that your concern? Beat it man

no take your money buy wetin go kill you. Stick to your Tecno brand. You can upgrade to newer devices like camon x or x pro.

if you like iPhone cause of the camera, then you'd like the Tecno camon x pro better, cause the camera is so on point and the highest presently in the market now.

Good brands will genuinely care for their customers by not selling phones that always have one complaints or the other and make you a regular customer at Carl Care, selling you spare parts to replace the initial low quality sparts of the low quality high priced phones they sold you in the first place.

Carl Care doesn't care about Nigerians, they care about their pockets and how they can rip us off several times after we have bought their low-quality, complaints-trailing and damage-prone phones. I speak from experience.

there is bound to be wear and tear with a y device. That's the reason Tecno Carl care is there for you. Also, you can't be careless with your phone and put the blame on factory fault or design. Some people are so rough with their phones and expect it to perform optimally. Just like humans, machines must be taken good care of.
