it depends on whether your phone is out of warranty. If it isn't, then I could be repaired for free. But if it is, you would pay a fee.

Take it to Carl care. Even if it's out of warranty, I think they can still fix it for you at a fee.

Tecno is a great brand, the should just listen to the complaints of users and fix issues.

it wasn't cast on stone that the Tecno cm should stand your galaxy note5. But you should understand that different people have different needs and that includes phone or device needs. When you do, stick to it. When another person finds he's allow him stick to his. You can't bully people over their choices.
