Couples now share roles and responsibilities because most women now earn more than their husbands, things that never happened in the ancient times.


Gradually women now want to take up men's roles while men wish to take on women roles or run away from responsibilities.


So don't worry, it's part of life's cycle, it will surely get to that stage and then humans will want to revert back to the old ways where women stayed at home to care for the home/kids while the men went out to work and bring back bread.

These things are nothing but cycles of life that nobody can tame except time. Only time can tame it
