I'd always thought i have the worst boss in the world, he's a complete description of evil himself. So i think i have a good idea of your situation. I later realised that those individuals who are full of insults and curses and shouting are actually suffering from some fears.
You can actually conquer them in such a way that he'll always respect you. How do you do that?
a) Be very good in what you do
b) After alot of insults and abuses, he'll sometimes realise you are correct
c) Be ready to face him, be firm on your points and confront him those issues you are sure of
d) Ready to quit and make it obvious
e) and lastly, make it very very very clear that you don't fear him or his threats an inch.

i graduated since 2011 did i secured a minor job in 2013 and went for service in 2014 after service while still with the job i developed a vast experience in management and secured another job again as a fleet manager resigned last yr and secured another job now, but honestly am seeing managing my own business as the key because of the opportunity i see in people everywhere i go but capital is the problem. my pay is not enough 80k monthly.

but nothing trip me, when people are diligent in their work, even where i work, i make sure i deliver very well that my Boss never RAISE voice on me, He even respect me because of the way i package the work. see them putting extra effort to ensure excellence #GODBLESSAMERICA
