It was made to use for emergency and boost your phone from zero percent to 2 or 3% until you can use your phone to make calls and get the help you need, more like sos 🆘

I don't know if I am the only one who doesn't have nor make use of power Banks on any of my devices, as I have given all my power Banks away.

Power Banks are made with batteries which in turn powers your phone till 3%. Constantly use of power Banks on your phone is a direct sure way of destroying your phone.

My Samsung phone is two years old and I mostly rely on power banks for charging. I have 24 hour solar power and occasional NEPA supply, but I prefer charging my two power banks first( 2nd power bank usually for back up after like a week) and then using them to charge my phone. I usually stop charging my phone at 80% and so far my battery performance hasn’t dropped. From my experience, it really depends on the quality and brand of the power bank as well as the phone recommendation.
