During the all out conflict a few months ago. Iran launched thousands of missiles within 48 hours. That constant barrage kept Israel’s air defense working around the clock, and under such sustained pressure at the rate you will expect the interception rate to drop drastically.
The Iron dome isnt designed to intercept every incoming missile.
