they will definitely send the money to an exchange that does KYC. Meanwhile, the scammers tried to cover their tracks by moving the crypto through a bunch of different wallets, starting with Web3 wallets i believe.
But Tether teamed up with the FBI and managed to track the flow, all the way to the final wallet..So crypto isnt anonymous anymore.
