The thing that frustrates me the most is politicians and their followers. You criticize the current administration for dragging Nigeria backward, yet you decamp en masse to support the same administration. Northern politicians children flaunt luxury cars in Abuja, and people cheer them on, saying, "Abuja has cars, Abuja has cars." Meanwhile, people are suffering not just from a lack of food but from the absence of a safe environment to farm and attend school. Watching documentaries on the impact of Boko Haram and bandits in the North was shocking; I couldn't believe people are suffering like this in Nigeria. We all need to wake up and stop deceiving ourselves with social media rants.
