Under Olusegun Obasanjo, these were his FCT ministers:

During Yar'Adua:
-Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai
- Aliyu Modibbo Umar

During Jonathan's govt:
- Bala Mohammed

Buhari's govt:

If Northerners have been and are still ministers of petroleum, GMDs of NNPC back to back, why have "foolish" southern presidents made the position of the minister for FCT an exclusive northern affair? And the Northern presidents have now borrowed a leaf from it by continuing it.
